Little's seven scoreless leads Cubs to 1-0 win over Lansing

Logue and
Little exited the game after the 7th inning, giving up just three hits in a scoreless evening. The southpaw took a no-decision, but the outing was the best of his 2018 campaign.
Lansing manager Cesar Martin decided to leave Logue out for an 8th inning of work. The dominant lefty made just the one mistake on a pitch left over the heart of the plate to Amaya. The next thing Logue knew, the baseball sailed over the wall all the way to the Cubs Den Team Store in deep left field.
The South Bend bullpen backed up the masterful seven frames of Little.
"I controlled the fastball well tonight," Little said. "That's what I've been working on for a lot of this season. I felt good out there."
With the win, South Bend improves to 19-25 on the campaign. They will have the opportunity to win the series tomorrow morning versus first place Lansing with right hander
