The South Bend Cubs are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and customer service oriented people who want to be a part of our championship team. Over the last twelve years under Andrew Berlin's ownership, the organization has focused on creating summer memories for our fans by focusing on the details: clean facilities, quality food and beverages, providing the best customer service, and developing family friendly entertainment. Four Winds Field has become the gold standard in Minor League Baseball.

The South Bend Cubs are looking for friendly, detail-oriented people to fill part-time, seasonal positions for the 2024 season. Applications are available now by clicking the link below or prospective candidates can apply at one of the three job fairs being held inside the Pepsi Stadium Club at Four Winds Field. Applicants are encouraged to apply ahead of time online but will also be able to complete the digital application at the stadium.

  • Tuesday, February 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Food and Beverage positions only)

CLEANING TEAM (Stadium Support Services)

Prepare and keep the stadium clean at all times. Areas of focus, but not limited to, seating bowl area, restrooms, concourse, indoor/outdoor suites and stadium grounds. The cleanliness of Four Winds Field is of the utmost importance to ensure a positive fan experience.

BARTENDER - click here to apply

Bartenders provide positively outrageous customer service to patrons at the Stadium Club bar and other bar locations during all events at the facility. They will assist with bar set-up, inventory management, and bar cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line customer service employees, bartenders must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job. Must have prior bartending experience.

CASH ROOM ASSOCIATE - click here to apply

The Cash Manager is responsible for issuing out banks to all concession cashiers at each, making cash pick-ups during game and making change for cashiers when necessary. They will count and verify each drop off and pick-up with every cashier. At the end of each game Cash Managers are responsible for closing out each cash register & verifying the final cash pick-up with each cashier. Cash Managers will be report directly to the Business Manager & Cash Room Manager. Must have extensive cash handling experience.

CONCESSION CASHIER - click here to apply

Performs cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.

KITCHEN COOK - click here to apply

The Kitchen Staff employees are responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the cooking and delivery of food for the entire catering & concessions operation at the facility. The catering operation consists of several luxury suites with a full-scale menu and multiple picnic venues; the concessions operation consists of multiple stands and ports located throughout the concourse. These positions will require individuals with cooking skills to be able to provide food for all catering venues & concession stands within a short period of time. This will also require individuals with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager, a Picnic Attendant provides positively outrageous guest service to picnic guests at each facility’s picnic locations. They will assist with picnic set-up, serving, and cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line guest service employees, a Venue Server must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job.

Suite Servers provide positively outrageous customer service to patrons at the suite level during all events at the facility. Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager they will assist with suite set-up, procuring food and beverage orders, delivering food, and suite cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line customer service employees, suite servers must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job. Must have prior serving experience

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - click here to apply

Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Lead, the warehouse staff is responsible for stocking each location based off of predetermined needs list. Also, the staff is responsible for any necessary restocking of product during the events.

The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
