The South Bend Cubs are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and customer service oriented people who want to be a part of our team. Over the last seven years under Andrew Berlin's ownership, the organization has focused on creating summer memories for our fans by focusing on the details: clean facilities, quality food and beverages, providing the best customer service, and developing family friendly entertainment. Four Winds Field has become the gold standard in Minor League Baseball.

Game Day Positions

CUSTODIAL SERVICES: Prepare and keep the stadium clean at all times. Areas of focus, but not limited to, seating bowl area, restrooms, concourse, indoor/outdoor suites and stadium grounds. The cleanliness of Four Winds Field is of the utmost importance to ensure a positive fan experience.

FUN ZONE: Helps with setting up and tearing down inflatables. Supervises children between the ages of 2-12 in Fun Zone and Splash Pad. Helps coordinate and run Speed Pitch & Plinko games.

FUN ZONE LEADER: Greets guests as they approach the Fun Zone. Accepts payments and issues wristbands. Keep kiosk clean and orderly during games. Must be comfortable communicating via radio.

GAMEDAY AMBASSADORS (BLUE CREW): Act as ambassadors to our guests, answer questions and offer assistance at games. Participate in weekly theme nights. Assist with on-field promotions and giveaways. Find contestants for nightly games and promotions. Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable in front of large audiences. 

HOSPITALITY HOST (USHER): Check all ticket stubs and wristbands for admittance to Dugout, Field and Group Seating areas. Wipe down all seating areas prior to the opening of gates. Must provide professional customer service. Acts as a liaison to all guests with questions or complaints. 

MERCHANDISE / TEAM STORE: Greets every guest as they enter the store. Assists in helping guests find the merchandise they are looking for. Sells merchandise in stands and suitesKeeps sales floor clean and organized. POS experience helpful but not required. Above all must have a friendly, positive, professional attitude and work well in a team setting. 

PARKING LOT ATTENDANTS: Responsible for the safe movement of people entering and leaving the parking lots. Maintain order and safe movement of traffic direction. Must keep an eye on parked cars to prevent vandalism or theft. Will be responsible for accurate accounting of money tills.

TICKET SELLER: Prepare and sell all game day and advance tickets with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. Must have good customer service and communication skills. Will be responsible for accurate accounting of money tills.

TICKET TAKER: Scan all ticket stubs as guests enter Four Winds Field. Responsible for checking date accuracy, assist in control of food and beverages admitted to the ballpark. Emphasis on efficiency and professional customer service. 

Game Day Concessions

BARTENDER: Bartenders provide positively outrageous customer service to patrons at the Stadium Club bar and other bar locations during all events at the facility. They will assist with bar set-up, inventory management, and bar cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line customer service employees, suite bartenders must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job. *Must have prior bartending experience*

CASH MANAGER: The Cash Manager is responsible for issuing out banks to all concession cashiers at each, making two cash pick-ups per game and making change for cashiers when necessary. They will count and verify each drop off and pick-up with every cashier. At the end of each game Cash Managers are responsible for closing out each cash register & verifying the final cash pick-up with each cashier. Cash Managers will be report directly to the Business Manager & Cash Room Manager. Must have extensive cash handling experience.

CONCESSION / PORT CASHIER AND RUNNER: This position is the "face" of the concessions operation. These employees are expected to provide "positively outrageous customer service" to all customers. Their duties include gathering food as ordered and utilizing the POS system to input customer orders and make change accordingly.

CONCESSION STAND LEAD/PORT MANGER: The Concessions Stand Lead/Port Manager is responsible for the game-day operations of concession stands or ports at the facility, including insuring that they are operating efficiently and that inventory levels are controlled. This person will direct approximately 15-20game-day food service employees, including cashiers, runners, and cooks. He / She is also responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels at the concession stands throughout the game, and reconciling inventory counts at the conclusion of the event.

KITCHEN COOKS/PREP: The Kitchen Staff employees are responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the cooking and delivery of food for the entire catering & concessions operation at the facility. The catering operation consists of several luxury suites with a full-scale menu and multiple picnic venues; the concessions operation consists of multiple stands and ports located throughout the concourse. These positions will require individuals with cooking skills to be able to provide food for all catering venues & concession stands within a short period of time. This will also require individuals with excellent time management and organizational skills. 

VENUE SERVER: Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager, a Venue Server provides positively outrageous guest service to picnic guests at each facility's picnic locations. They will assist with picnic set-up, serving, and cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line guest service employees, a Venue Server must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job.

WAIT STAFF/SERVER: Wait Staff provide positively outrageous customer service to patrons at the suite level during all events at the facility. Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager they will assist with suite set-up, procuring food and beverage orders, delivering food, and suite cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line customer service employees, suite servers must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job. *Must have prior serving experience*

WAREHOUSE: Under the general supervision of the concessions and catering managers, the warehouse staff is responsible for stocking each location based off of predetermined needs list. Also, the staff is responsible for any necessary restocking of product during the events.
