The South Bend Cubs are now hiring friendly, fan-focused individuals for part-time, seasonal positions during the 2026 season. Applications are currently available online and candidates are encouraged to apply early as positions fill quickly. Upcoming Job Fairs

Howard Park, South Bend
Additional job fairs may be scheduled as needed. Applicants are encouraged to complete the online application in advance, though digital applications will also be available to complete on-site at the stadium.
BOX OFFICE ATTENDANT
Responsible for preparing and selling game-day and advance tickets with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The Box Office Attendant will also be responsible for handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate accounting of assigned money tills.
CUSTODIAL SERVICES
Prepare and keep the stadium clean at all times. Areas of focus, but not limited to, seating bowl area, restrooms, concourse, indoor/outdoor suites and stadium grounds. The cleanliness of Four Winds Field is of the utmost importance to ensure a positive fan experience.
FIRST AID
First Aid applicants must be EMT certified and be able to provide medical assistance to injured or ill guests.
HOSPITALITY HOST (USHER)
Responsible for checking ticket stubs and wristbands to ensure proper admittance to Dugout Box, Field Box, and Group Seating areas. Prepares assigned sections by wiping down seating areas prior to gates opening. Provides professional, friendly customer service and serves as a point of contact for guests with questions, concerns, or complaints to help ensure a positive game-day experience.
PARKING LOT / SHUTTLE ATTENDANT
Responsible for the safe movement of people entering and leaving the parking lots. Maintain order and safe movement of traffic direction. Must keep an eye on parked cars to prevent vandalism or theft. Will be responsible for accurate accounting of money tills.
TICKET TAKER
Responsible for scanning all tickets as guests enter Four Winds Field. Verifies ticket date accuracy and assists in monitoring food and beverage items brought into the ballpark in accordance with stadium policies. This position requires a strong emphasis on efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

The South Bend Cubs have have a number of internships available for college-level students to gain a better understanding of the operations of a professional sports organization and selecting an appropriate career. These commitments involve working weekdays and some weekends. Most internship positions will start between January and March and last until the end of the season. The South Bend Cubs strive to utilize all interns to their fullest capabilities based on experience, education, aspirations, work ethic and choice of area they desire.
