In the event a game is postponed or cancelled due to weather, fans may redeem their ticket and any unused food voucher for a comparable ticket and food voucher to a future regular season home game during the same season, based on availability. Rainout exchanges can be completed at the Box Office, the Ticket Services Kiosk behind Section 107 or by contacting the Sales Team at (919) 269-2287. All exchanges are subject to availability, and original tickets and vouchers must be presented or verified at the time of exchange.

If 4 ½ innings of any game are not played, the ticket may be exchanged for any available ticket of equal face value to any regular season game.
