Wilson Ballpark Rules

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the park.

NO OPEN OR CONCEALED WEAPONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FIREARMS, KNIVES AND POCKET KNIVES. Any such items must be kept in your locked motor vehicle at all times.

All bags must be smaller than 12" x 16" x 6" to be permitted inside the ballpark. All bags and purses are subject to search.

There is no re-entry.

The Warbirds reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

The following items are prohibited.

• backpacks

• coolers and thermoses

• brooms/broomsticks

• aerosol cans

• glass or metal containers

• laser pointers

• masks

• noise makers

• drones and unmanned aerial vehicle

• throwable items including balls, frisbees, etc.

• animals, with the exception of service animals and at specifically designated games and events.

Prohibited items subject to change without notice.

WATCH OUT FOR AND AVOID FLYING BATS AND BALLS.

Do not lean over railings, and do not touch, lean on, or stand against nets.

Each individual ASSUMES ALL RISKS and dangers incidental to the game of baseball and/or presence on the premises, including (without limitation) the risk and danger of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls, or promotional materials, and/or the negligent or intentional acts of third parties, and WAIVES AND RELEASES any and all rights against Warbirds Baseball, LLC, its affiliates, leagues, and lessors, and their respective employees and agents, arising out of any accident, injury or loss sustained while on the premises. The Wilson Warbirds are not responsible for damage to person or property caused by normal play.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave the park.

Fans who act or dress inappropriately will not be tolerated and may be subject to ejection from the stadium.

You may keep any ball hit or thrown into the stands.

Smoking is not permitted inside the ballpark. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area outside of the Right Field Gate. If you need to smoke, please exit the ballpark through the Right Field Gate. Your ticket will be scanned out and then scanned back in. Fans exiting the smoking area for any purpose other than reentry will not be readmitted.

The use of / display of foul or obscene language or gestures, derogatory language, defined as offensive concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin is cause for immediate ejection from the facility.
