Standing Room Only for 4th of July Game

Good Seats Remain for Fireworks after USA vs. Cuba on Friday, July 3
July 1, 2015

Tickets for the Durham Bulls annual Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza are going fast, as standing room only passes are all that remain for Saturday's 6:05 p.m. game between the Bulls and Norfolk Tides.

On Friday, Durham Bulls Athletic Park hosts the second of two games between USA Baseball's Collegiate National Team and Cuba. Fireworks will follow the 6:35 p.m. contest between the international rivals on July 3, and good tickets within the DBAP's main seating bowl are still available.

"There's nothing like fireworks and baseball this time of year," said Durham Bulls General Manager Mike Birling. "Friday's USA vs. Cuba game is a compelling alternative to the big event on the Fourth. Same great fireworks, but fans will have a better selection on seats and easier access to the ballpark."

Durham Bulls Athletic Park hosts USA Baseball's Collegiate National Team and Cuba July 2-3, before the Durham Bulls return to begin a three-game series against the Norfolk tides on July 4.
