Rain Cancels Travs Finale With Missions

No Make-Up Game Will Be Scheduled

 

North Little Rock, Arkansas - Thursday's series finale between the Arkansas Travelers and San Antonio Missions has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Rain has been steadily falling at Dickey-Stephens Park since the original first pitch time of 7:10 p.m. The decision to cancel the game was made at 7:55 just before a tornado warning was announced across Pulaski County. This marks the fourth rainout at home for the Travs, each coming on a Thursday night, and their sixth rainout overall.

 

No make-up game will be played since the Travs and Missions aren't scheduled for another meeting until the second half of the Texas League season. 

 

The Travs now have the Corpus Christi Hooks coming to Dickey-Stephens Park on Friday night. Brandon Hynick (4-3, 3.46) will pitch the series opener against Bobby Doran (6-1, 3.56). First pitch is set for 7:10 p.m.
