Printing Tickets

When you print a ticket, only one copy is valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned by the card reader at the event is accepted.

  1. Sign into your TicketReturn account.

  2. Click Your Tickets at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the desired event series.

  4. Click the Print Tickets button.

  5. Check the event(s) for which you want to print tickets and click *Next. *

  6. Check the specific ticket(s) that you want to print and click *Next. *

  7. The tickets will be downloaded as a PDF (this may take some time depending on how many tickets you are downloading), and you will have the option to open and print your tickets immediately or save them to your computer.

View Mobile Tickets
  1. Sign in to your TicketReturn account.

  2. Click Your Tickets at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the desired event series.

  4. Click the View Mobile Tickets button.

  5. Select the event for which you want to view the mobile ticket and click Next.

  6. Select the desire seats and click View Mobile Tickets.

  7. The mobile ticket(s) will appear.

Transfer Tickets

If you know you cannot use tickets for a game, you may transfer them to another person.

  1. Sign in to your TicketReturn account.

  2. Click Your Tickets at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the desired event series.

  4. Click the Transfer Tickets button.

  5. Check the event(s) for which you want to transfer tickets and click *Next. *

  6. Check the specific ticket(s) that you want to transfer and click *Next. *

  7. The Transfer Tickets page appears. Enter the email address of the person to whom the tickets are being transferred. Or select from a list of recent recipients.

NOTE: The transferee does not need an existing TicketReturn account. TicketReturn will create one automatically during the transfer process.

  1. Confirm the information is correct and click *Transfer Tickets. *

  2. A pop-up will appear requiring you to confirm you wish to transfer the tickets. Click *OK. *

  3. The transfer is complete.

Ticket Exchange

If you cannot use a ticket for an event, you may exchange it for another qualifying event.

  1. Sign into your TicketReturn account.

  2. Click Your Tickets at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the desired event series.

  4. Click the Exchange Tickets button.

  5. Select Exchange Current Tickets from the dropdown menu, check the tickets you want to exchange and click the *Select Tickets and Continue. *

  6. The Exchange Tickets page appears. The QUALIFYING EVENTS section lists tickets valid for an exchange with the selected ticket. Click Exchange Tickets for the exchange event you want to attend.

  7. The next page displays the information for the selected exchange event. Set Ticket Type to the seat for the event, set Level - Section to the seating area, and then click Find Tickets.

  8. Click Confirm Exchange.

  9. Click Exchange Tickets

  10. A confirmation page will appear.
