The error allowed Harris to score as well making it 2-0 Hawks. Later in the inning,
Frederis Parra, Boise's starter got a big double play ball to end the bottom of the first as Eugene had runners on the corners. Parra went six innings of shutout ball for the Hawks, striking out six and walking nobody. Eugene left nine men on base for the game.
