This will be Bob's 6th season in Boise and his 27th year working in baseball. Under his guidance, the Hawks organization has seen significant growth in season ticket sales, attendance, corporate partnerships, non-game day events, concessions, and local community involvement. Following the 2018 season, Bob was named the Northwest League's Executive of the Year. Flannery has also served as the GM in Columbus, GA (Indians affiliate); New Haven, CT (Cardinals affiliate); Hagerstown, MD (Nationals affiliate), and Augusta, GA (Giants affiliate). Bob was the Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and was the Head Baseball Coach and Sports Information Director at Nichols College. He got his start in minor league baseball in 1995 as the clubhouse manager for the Midland Angels (now known as the RockHounds). A native of South Hadley, Massachusetts, he is a 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts. Bob has two daughters Alyssa and Emily.

Mike is entering his 5th season in Boise as the General Manager. Previous to Boise, he was the Ticket Sales Manager of the Hawks sister team - Augusta GreenJackets (Low-A affiliate, San Francisco Giants). His MiLB career began with the Lakewood BlueClaws (Low-A affiliate, Philadelphia Phillies), where he spent nine seasons in Group Sales, Corporate Sales, and Game Entertainment. Originally from Toms River, NJ, Mike lives in Boise and currently serves as Vice President of the Boise Metro Chamber Ambassador Committee.
Judy is entering her 5th full season with the Boise Hawks managing the accounting office. Before joining the Boise Hawks Judy spent the last 15 years managing the accounting department for local law firms. She is a Wyoming native but has been in Boise for 30 years and considers it home.
Matt is going into his 6th season with the Boise Hawks. Before the Hawks, Matt worked for the Sioux Falls Skyforce, a G-League Basketball team in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Matt attended College at the University of South Dakota. Matt is from Wyoming and enjoys the similarities the two states share.
Reilly is entering her 4th full season with the Boise Hawks. Before becoming a member of the front office staff, Reilly had been part of the Hawks seasonal staff since 2015. Reilly graduated from Boise State University in 2018 with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
Kristi is entering her first full season with the Boise Hawks. Before becoming a member of the front office staff, Kristi was a ticket sales intern at the Kalmazoo Growlers. Kristi graduated from Michigan State University in 2019 with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Business Management. Kristi also played for Michigan State Women's Water Polo team. Kristi is originally from Port Huron, Michigan.
Carly is beginning her 4th season with the Hawks as the Marketing and Media Relations Manager. Carly graduated from Boise State University in 2015 with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, and in 2017 received her Masters of Sport Administration from Idaho State University.
Paige is entering her first season with the Boise Hawks. Before joining the Hawks full time staff, Paige worked with Eastern Michigan Athletics, Kalamazoo Growlers, and the Augusta GreenJackets. Paige graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2018 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Communication. She is originally from St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
Matt is entering his 7th season as the Director of Merchandise for the Boise Hawks. Matt has worked for the Boise Hawks off and on since 2003. Matt has a long career working in retail for companies such as Nike, The North Face and Levi Strauss. Born and raised in Napa, CA, Matt now lives in Meridian with his wife and 6 children.
Jake Lusk is the Director of Stadium Operations for the Boise Hawks. He began working for the Hawks as a food runner in 2007. This is his 14th season with the club. He graduated BSU with a degree in Criminal Justice, and a degree in Philosophy. He now lives in Star with his beautiful wife Danielle and their two boys.
Adam is the Food and Beverage Coordinator for the Boise Hawks. Adam is entering his 3rd season working for the Boise Hawks. Last May he was hired on as a Ticket Sales Intern and in August he was given a full-time position. Adam grew up in the Los Angeles area, and roots for the Dodgers as well as the Lakers. In 2018, he graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in Sports Management.
