The Hot Rods and the TinCaps were scoreless through the first three innings as RHP
Bowling Green responded right away in the top of the fifth when DH
Gore ended up going five innings for Fort Wayne, and allowed three hits, two runs, two walks, and struck out three.
The Hot Rods got their third run of the game in the seventh when Haley scored on a throwing error that occurred after 2B
For Bowling Green Franklin threw seven innings and allowed just five hits, one run, no walks, and struck out four.
The Hot Rods got another run in the ninth inning when Hair and Haley both had base hits to start the inning. LF

The Hot Rods are off tomorrow and will return to action on Wednesday at Bowling Green Ballpark against Kane County. First pitch will be at 6:35pm CST. Starters for the series have yet to be determined.
