The Bowling Green Hot Rods will use extensive community outreach programs, affordable pricing and a first-class entertainment experience to make a positive impact on the quality of life in South Central Kentucky. The Hot Rods Entertainment Experience will offer more than just baseball; fan interactive games and contests, musical performers, post-game fireworks, and zany mascots will all be a part of the fun. AFFILIATION. The Bowling Green Hot Rods are the High A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.

AISLE COURTESY. As a safety issue and courtesy to others, guests are discouraged from walking through the aisles during play.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Hot Rods guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverage, and there is a limit of two beers (at one time) sold per person at all concession outlets. Alcohol sales are discontinued after the conclusion of the game, except for Thursdays, when they will conclude at the end of the seventh inning. Stadium management reserves the right to reduce the purchase limit and discontinue sales at any time. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into or out of the stadium. Guests are not permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.

ANIMALS. Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Bowling Green Ballpark upon presentation of official papers. Please contact the Hot Rods Ticket Office if any special accommodations are required. Aside from these exceptions and the Turbo's Tailwaggin' Tuesday promotion, all other animals are prohibited.

AUTOGRAPH POLICY. Fans may seek autographs from the time the gates open until approximately 20 minutes prior to first pitch. However, if you are seeking autographs from a seat location other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating location. During the game, players and the coaching staff are unable to sign autographs. Fans are able to freely gain autographs after every Sunday home game during our Signature Sunday promotion.

BABY CHANGING AREAS. For your convenience, baby changing tables are available in all public restrooms at the stadium.

BAGS. Bowling Green Ballpark is now a CLEAR BAG stadium. All bags, purses, totes, fanny packs, crossbody bags, etc. must be clear. Diaper bags/backpacks and wristlets smaller than 4"x6" will be permitted. However, all bags will be subject to inspection. Guests may not bring hard-sided coolers or large bags into Bowling Green Ballpark. Guests with questions concerning these regulations are advised to contact the Hot Rods Administrative Office at 270.901.2121.

BANNERS & SIGNS. Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. Banners and signs may not exceed 3 feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or ballpark signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. Banners may be carried through the stands between innings only. The Hot Rods reserve the right to remove any banner or sign.

BOTTLES & CONTAINERS. The High-A South Atlantic League prohibits any outside food or beverage into the ballpark. Food and beverage are available for purchase through our concession stands throughout the game.

BROADCASTS. All Hot Rods games (home and away), are broadcast on Talk 104.1 All 66 home games are also streamed live on MiLB.tv (subscription required for MiLB.tv).

BULLPENS. The Hot Rods bullpen is located in the left field corner. The visiting bullpen is located in the right field corner.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT. Photographic or hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark. Camera pods or other supports, however, are not permitted. All bags must be clear. Please be courteous of those around you when taking pictures.

CASHLESS. Bowling Green Ballpark is now a cashless facility, including all transactions such as tickets, food and beverage, and merchandise. The only area of the ballpark still accepting cash is the kids play area, which will also start accepting cards. Bowling Green Ballpark will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

CELLULAR PHONES. Guests are welcome to use cellular telephones at the ballpark provided their use does not disrupt other fans. The Bowling Green Hot Rods reserve the right to ask guests using cellular phones to move to the concourse area.

CHILD ADMISSION. Children who are two (2) years old and under do not need a ticket to enter if they do not require their own seat. In box seat areas, unticketed children must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view or comfort of any other guests.

CLUBHOUSE ACCESS. Entry to either clubhouse is reserved exclusively to those with the appropriate credentials. This rule applies to any children, friends of players, wives, agents or representatives of players.

CONCESSION AND PREMIUM FOOD SERVICE. Vette City Catering is the in-house provider of concessions services at Bowling Green Ballpark. Vette City provides premium food service, Performance Food Service Stadium Club dining service, and catering for Business Suites. CREDENTIALS. The Bowling Green Hot Rods issue various credentials to the news media and other organizations. A number of these credentials are honored for the entire baseball season while others are issued on a daily basis. Each credential issued indicates the areas within the ballpark where they will be honored. CREDIT CARDS. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted for all ticket, merchandise, and concession purchases.

DONATION REQUESTS. The Hot Rods are committed to assisting non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts. If you would like the Hot Rods to consider donating to your next fundraiser, please email Hunter Caldwell at [email protected].

ELEVATOR ACCESS. Elevator access is available from all stadium levels. Fans may enter the ballpark through the elevator entrance, located right inside of the main lobby on the first base line.

EMERGENCY CARE. (See: FIRST AID)

EXIT / RE-ENTRY. Guests are not permitted to leave the stadium and re-enter with the same ticket unless they obtain an authorized re-entry hand stamp upon exit. Hand stamps are available at all stadium exits.

FAN CONDUCT. Guests interfering with a ball in play, using foul language, making obscene gestures or physical threats, smoking, or appearing inebriated will be ejected from the stadium. Additionally, any fan entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field will face ejection and possible arrest. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a security guard, a member of management, or a guest service representative.

FIELD DIMENSIONS. Left field - 318 ft. Center field - 400 ft. Right field - 326 ft.

FIELD RENTAL. Anyone interested in renting Bowling Green Ballpark should contact the Hot Rods General Manager Kyle Wolz at 270.901.2121 or [email protected] for availability and pricing.

FIRST AID. Emergency medical technicians and emergency transportation are available at all Hot Rods games. Should you require medical assistance, the Med Center Health First Aid office is located on the first base side near section 103.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE. Major League Baseball strictly prohibits bringing any outside food, beverages, cans, bottles, thermoses, ice chests, or hand containers into the ballpark, regardless of size. A wide variety of concession items are available throughout the ballpark. If you have special dietary needs, please stop by the Hot Rods Ticket Office and our staff will gladly assist you. All bags are subject to inspection prior to admittance, and approved items will be labeled with an "Approved Dietary Needs" sticker valid for that game date.

FUNDRAISING PROGRAM. The Hot Rods FUNdrasing Program allows groups to raise funds for their organization by purchasing and then re-selling the game tickets. For more information on the Hot Rods FUNdraising Program, contact the group sales department at (270) 901-2121 or [email protected].

GATES OPEN. On most game days, gates open to the general public one hour prior to the start of the Hot Rods game time. The Hot Rods reserve the right to adjust gate times in conjunction with special promotions, MLB injury rehabilitations, or rescheduled games.

GROUP INFORMATION. Groups of 20 or more may receive special ticket prices and hospitality opportunities. Options for all-you-can-eat picnics are also available. You may choose from several different available seating options. Other group opportunities include birthday parties for kids and game day Ballpark Suite rentals (based on availability). HANDICAP ACCESS. All stadium facilities comply with the American Disabilities Act. The elevator behind sections 104-105 is available to provide access to the Suite Level. There is specific seating for individuals in wheelchairs. Please contact our Ticket Office at 270.901.2121 for further details.

KIDS PLAY AREA. The Happy Hiller Kids Play Area is located down the first base line past section 101. The Happy Hiller Kids Play Area opens at game time and remains open until the 7th inning. The Happy Hiller Kids Play Area is available on most game dates but may be closed on select dates due to inclement weather or special promotions at the discretion of the Hot Rods.

LOST & FOUND. Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item may do so at the Fan Services Center on the main concourse. To inquire via phone, please call 270.901.2121. Please note that most lost items are located within 48 hours of the game attended.

LOST CHILDREN. During a Hot Rods home game, all lost children will be taken to the Fan Services Center, located on the main concourse.

NATIONAL ANTHEM. For those interested in performing the National Anthem at a 2023 Hot Rods game, please contact Hunter Caldwell at 270.901.2121 or [email protected].

OFFICES. See TICKETS for Ticket Office hours. The Hot Rods Administrative Office is currently located at 300 E. 8th Avenue in Bowling Green. Office hours on non-game days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. On game days, office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am until 1 ½ hours prior to game time. PROHIBITED ITEMS. Clear bags, diaper bags, and wristlets (no larger than 4"x6" WILL BE permitted into the ballpark but are subject to inspection. Umbrellas are also permitted so long as they are less than three feet in diameter and do not obstruct the view of other guests. Smoking is prohibited in the ballpark. Smoking is permitted just outside the stadium, and ash trays are available at these designated smoking areas. Coolers, lawn chairs, sticks, offensive, political or other non-event related banners or signs, laser pens, pressurized air horns, cans, glass bottles, projectiles that can cause injury or disruption of the game or event, beach balls or other inflatable objects, fireworks, firearms or other weapons, frisbees, knives, or squirt guns are prohibited from entering the stadium.

PROMOTIONS. Distribution of promotional items is for fans in attendance only and limited to one item per person. Giveaway items are distributed in accordance with the promotion's specified restrictions (i.e. First 1,000 fans ages 12 & under). The Hot Rods recommend arriving early on promotional giveaway dates as a ticket is not a guarantee of a promotional item. All promotion dates, items, and distribution are subject to change and/or cancellation.

PURCHASES. Bowling Green Ballpark is now a cashless facility, including all transactions such as tickets, food and beverage, and merchandise. The only area of the ballpark still accepting cash is the kids play area, which will also start accepting cards. Bowling Green Ballpark will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

RAIN POLICY. In the event five (5) innings of a game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, your ticket will be good for any 2023 regular season game and may be exchanged at the Bowling Green Ballpark ticket office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Please keep your ticket away from extreme light and/or heat. If your tickets are stolen, you must file a report with your local police department. When the Hot Rods Ticket Office receives the report, a duplicate ticket can be issued.

RESALE OF TICKETS. Commonwealth of Kentucky Regulations prohibit the peddling or soliciting of tickets on facility grounds. This includes both ticket scalping at above face value and the resale of tickets at face value or less.

RESTROOMS. Restrooms are located throughout the main concourse and on the first and third base sides. There are also restrooms available on the suite level and in the Performance Food Service Club.

RUN THE BASES. All kids 12 and under are invited to come down to the diamond to run the bases during the Kids Fun Run after every home game. Parents and guardians should escort their children to sections grass berm (past section 101) directly following the conclusion of the game. Keeping fan safety in mind, the Fun Run may be cancelled due to inclement weather or poor field conditions. NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD.

SAFETY WARNING. During all batting practices, fielding practices, warm-ups and the course of the game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands. For everyone's safety, please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. Any guest who is concerned with his or her seat location should contact any Fan Service representative for an alternate seat location.

SCHEDULES. Pocket schedules are available at the Ticket Office and Guest Services locations. Schedules can be obtained by visiting the Schedule dropdown tab of our website.

SECURITY. The Hot Rods want to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience at the game. Security guards and law enforcement representatives will be positioned throughout the ballpark. Should you require assistance, please contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, or member of management.

SMOKING REGULATIONS. Bowling Green Ballpark is a totally SMOKE-FREE FACILITY, this includes electronic cigarettes. Smoking is prohibited throughout the ballpark and violators will be subject to ejection. Fans wishing to smoke may exit the ballpark from the stairways, wheelchair ramp, or elevator. Ashtrays are available by most stadium exits and fans will be readmitted back into the stadium with their original ticket and a hand stamp from a Hot Rods staff member.

SPEAKERS BUREAU. The Bowling Green Hot Rods strive to be a strong member of the community. The Hot Rods Speakers Bureau is made up of front office staff members who attend various community events year-round. Topics include, but are not limited to: Baseball Operations, Sales and Marketing, Community Relations, and Media Relations/Broadcasting. Speakers are provided at no charge. REQUEST GUIDELINES If you would like to request a unique speaker at your next event, please download the official Speakers Bureau request form.

SPECIAL EVENTS. The Performance Foodservice Club at Bowling Green Ballpark is a prime spot to hold your next special event or celebration! For more information on how you can hold your next special event in the Performance Food Service Club, please contact Hannah Russell at [email protected]

STADIUM LOBBY. The stadium lobby is located to the right hand side of Center St. Gate. The lobby is used to enter the Hot Rods Administrative Office and for entry to the stadium during business days. Additionally, the lobby is used on game days to inspect and approve outside items pertaining to special dietary needs.

STROLLERS. Strollers are permitted in the ballpark. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat, and non-folding strollers may be stored on the concourse level. Strollers may not obstruct stairs or walkways inside the stadium.

SUITES. Suites are located on the upper level of the stadium. All 10 suites can be accessed via the elevator or the stairwell located in the main lobby. All patrons visiting the suites or the Club Level in the stadium must have the appropriate tickets. To ensure the safety of everyone, please do not throw, spit, or drop any items off of any suite level balcony. Fans who fail to comply with this restriction will be subject to ejection.

TEAM STORE. The main team store, The Body Shop, is located just inside of the main lobby entrance and accessible from the concourse behind sections 102-103. Store Hours are as follows: Non-Game Day (8:00 AM - 4 PM), Weekday Games (10:00 AM - Conclusion of Game), and Weekend Games (12:00 PM - Conclusion of Game). You can call the store at 270-495-6030. If the store is locked, please stop in the Hot Rods Front Office and one of our staff members will be glad to assist you.

TICKETS. The Hot Rods Ticket Office is open at 9 AM until the end of the 6th inning during home games at Bowling Green Ballpark. Regular box office hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Saturday and Sundays. Tickets may also be purchased online at bghotrods.com or by calling the box office at 270.901.2121. Stadium Club (located on the suite level) $24; Premium Reserved seats (sections 108-112) are $14; Reserved seats (sections 101-107, 113-121).

TICKET ORDERING ONLINE. Buying a Hot Rods ticket online is quick and easy! There are plenty of ticket options to choose from including Season Tickets, Mini-Plans, and Single Game tickets. By selecting the Print At Home feature, tickets will be available to the user instantly!

TICKET PURCHASE AT BOWLING GREEN BALLPARK. Hot Rods fans can purchase tickets at the Ticket Office located at the Center Street entrance of the ballpark. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the game or in advance. Advance ticket purchase is always recommended and reward you with great savings!

TICKET ORDERING BY PHONE. Hot Rods fans can purchase tickets via phone during regular business hours by calling the Ticket Office at 270.901.2121.

VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES. Fans can reserve special messages, such as birthday wishes and anniversary messages, on the stadium video board by filling out a request from and paying a $5 message fee. These requests must be done in person on game day at the Fan Services desk.

VIDEO REQUESTS. Media members requesting video from the Hot Rods may contact Riley Edwards [email protected] for assistance.

WHEELCHAIRS. The Hot Rods can provide wheelchairs to transport fans to and from their seat only. Inquiries concerning wheelchair seating should be directed to 270.901.2121.

WILL CALL. Will Call windows are located to the right side of the Hot Rods Ticket Office. Will Call opens two (2) hours prior to all games. A valid photo identification such as a driver's license is required to claim tickets at Will Call.

WILL CALL DROP-OFF. This service will be available to all individuals possessing valid tickets. Guests wishing to drop off tickets may do so at the Will Call window on the day of game only. Please note that Group Tickets will not be distributed individually. Groups wishing to leave tickets should make special arrangements through the Hot Rods Group Sales Department.
