Hall Blasts Two Home Runs in 4-3, 10-Inning Defeat

Mackenzie Mills (0-1) pitched six innings for Clearwater (1-8), making him the first to toss more than 5.1 for the Threshers in the 2018 season.
During his six innings of work, Mills gave up only one run on six hits, while permitting no walks and collecting four strikeouts. 61 of his 86 pitches were for strikes.
Bradenton (7-2) was the first to score, as the Marauders took an early lead in the third.
In the seventh, back-to-back singles were followed by a sacrifice bunt, and Valerio grounded out to third for his second RBI of the game to put Bradenton up 2-0.
The Threshers came back in the home half of the inning to tie the ballgame, courtesy of back-to-back solo home runs.
First, Hall launched a leadoff home run to start the inning. Hall extended his on-base streak to seven games on his third home run of the season.
