League-Best Five Award Winners for Fresno Punctuates 25 Years Downtown

FRESNO, Calif– The Fresno Grizzlies celebrated 25 years in Downtown Fresno throughout all of 2026, and the recognition for the play on the field keeps the celebration going even after the season's work is done.

Minor League Baseball today announced the 2026 California League postseason awards and All-Star teams, and the Grizzlies placed five players on the list — the most of any club in the league.

Left-hander Brady Parker and outfielder Roldy Brito lead the group after each claimed a league-wide top honor, with third baseman Wilder Dalis, designated hitter Tanner Thach and reliever Seth Clausen joining them as All-Stars at their positions.

Parker was named the California League's Pitcher of the Year after a standout season in Fresno's rotation. The first year pro went 8-3 with a 3.61 ERA across 26 appearances, striking out a league-high 152 batters for a rate of 12.18 strikeouts per nine innings while holding opposing hitters to a .219 average. He was also selected as one of the league's four All-Star starting pitchers.

Brito was tabbed the California League's Top MLB Prospect and earned an All-Star nod in the outfield. The Colorado Rockies prospect hit .327/.390/.506 with eight home runs, 66 RBI and an .896 OPS across 79 games with the Grizzlies. Brito split his time in Fresno at second and center and displayed his electricity at both as well as at the dish. His 8 triples move him onto the top ten list for the Grizzlies franchise history for a single season. He represented the Grizzlies at the MLB Futures Game in July and was promptly promoted to High-A Spokane after his trip to Philadelphia.

Dalis earned his All-Star selection at third base after batting .310/.409/.574 with 16 home runs, 68 RBI, 23 stolen bases and a .983 OPS — the highest OPS among the league's third basemen. Dalis really shined in the second half hitting .359 with 12 of his homers coming after the calendar hit June. The hot stretch continued into the beginning of August when he was promoted to Spokane but made a cameo back with the Grizzlies during their final roadtrip of the season.

Thach was named an All-Star as the league's designated hitter, hitting .339/.414/.541 with 11 home runs, 70 RBI and a .955 OPS. A leading California League MVP candidate upon his promotion to Spokane at the end of June, Thach led the league in average and RBI upon his promotion and was towards the top of the leaderboard in homers. He eclipsed the 100 RBI mark for the season while in High-A.

Clausen rounded out Fresno's honorees, earning an All-Star selection out of the bullpen. The reliever posted a 6-2 record and a 1.38 ERA over 30 appearances, striking out 71 batters for a rate of 13.99 per nine innings while limiting opponents to a .118 average.

The five selections cap a season in which the Grizzlies celebrated a quarter-century in Downtown Fresno, and the group serves as a reflection of the organization's player development pipeline with the Colorado Rockies.
