As with everything we do, you, our fans, are always our primary concern. Although baseball may not be played at Chukchansi Park this season, we want to make sure that we are still serving you to the best of our abilities. This has lead us to make the following decisions about 2020 tickets:
- All Season Tickets, Mini Plans, and group tickets can either be automatically rolled over to the 2021 season with incentives including a 10% Bonus Credit, or a request can be filled to have them refunded in full.
- All single game tickets have been refunded. If you do not see the refund on your bank statement, please email [email protected].
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we all navigate this unprecedented time. We miss you all and, when we do come back, we will need Growlifornia's support more than ever!
In short, we don't know. That being said however, we are not taking a break. We are fully devoted to bringing you the best in family fun and entertainment for the 2021 season and will be back in full force.
At this point Chukchansi Park is closed and there are no events going on at the ballpark. We will keep everyone updated as our store and ballpark reopens for business.

If you are a non-profit who had received donated ticket vouchers or a fan who had purchased or won a “Family 4-Pack of Ticket Vouchers” at a non-profit raffle or silent auction, please hold on to the vouchers or certificates until next season. ALL 2020 ticket vouchers that had already been distributed will be valid and redeemable during the 2021 season. If you purchased Season Tickets, a Mini Plan, or another ticket package for the 2020 season and rollover your tickets to 2021, you will receive a 10% Bonus Credit! This Bonus Credit can be applied towards: tickets, upgrades, hospitality suites, group areas, Taco Truck Throwdown, merchandise, food and beverage via Grizzlies Bucks, parking, and behind-the-scenes experiences. These unique, behind-the-scenes experiences may include: watching batting practice on the field, fireworks from inside the dugout, honorary grounds crew, press box and broadcaster experience, and many more.
If you purchased Season Tickets, a Mini Plan, or another ticket package for the 2020 season and would like to rollover to 2021, than you don't have to do anything! The process will begin on our end automatically!
If you are interested in a full refund, please email [email protected] and you will be emailed a form to fill out to begin the process. All refund requests were due by July 31, 2020, or else your tickets was be rolled over to 2021 automatically.
