Frequently Asked Questions

By following the instructions above, you will be able to access a barcode for each ticket that the usher will scan at the gates for entry.

Yes! Your tickets can still be printed at home through your Tickets.com account. Log in to your account on your computer, click on the menu in the top right corner, select “My Tickets,” and click on “Print Tickets.”

Yes! You can view and save multiple tickets on a single phone.

From your My Tickets account, select the game you would like to exchange out, choose "exchange" under the "Ticket Actions" option, and then select the game you would like to exchange your tickets to.

Ticket Forwarding

Yes, the person receiving the ticket will need a "My Tickets" account. If they do not have one already, they will be prompted to make one upon receiving the forwarded ticket(s).

Yes! There is no limit to the number of times a ticket can be forwarded.

You can view where your ticket was forwarded by going to the event you are interested in on your "My Tickets" account. Under each forwarded ticket you will see the name of the friend who you sent the ticket to.

Yes! Tickets can be recalled by the purchaser no matter how many people have forwarded it up until the moment it is scanned for entry.

Troubleshooting

Your tickets can take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your email inbox after purchase. If they do not arrive after 15 minutes and are not in your Spam folder, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 559-278-4487.

Don't worry, you can still print your tickets at home and bring them to the game! If that does not work for you, give us a call at 559-320-4487 or email [email protected] and we talk you through your options.

Recalling your forwarded tickets is easy! Click the game you forwarded tickets from on your "My Tickets" account, select "Ticket Actions" at the bottom of the screen, check the checkbox next to the tickets you would like to recall, and tap "continue". After reviewing the selections, press "Recall Tickets".
