ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING

ADA accessible parking is available in the Edgeworth Street lot, located behind the Bud Light Grandstand Bar. For your convenience, we suggest purchasing your game tickets in advance, as there is no game ticket outlet available at that entrance.

ADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING

ADA accessible seating is available behind the back row of the seating bowl in sections 101, 102, 103, 106, 107, 108, 109, 112, and 114. To purchase accessible seating in advance, please call 336.268.2255 or stop by the First National Bank Field Box Office. For those fans with tickets for the suite level or Party Decks, an elevator is located behind Section 107. The Bellemeade, Plaza and Edgeworth gates offer accessible entrances to First National Bank Field.

ALCOHOL

Beer is available at all concession stands including the Bud Light Grandstand Bar; limit two beers (or two glasses of wine) per person, per purchase. North Carolina law prohibits the selling to or purchase of alcohol to minors under the age of 21. Each customer must present valid picture identification at the time of purchase. All beer sales will conclude with the first pitch of the middle of the 8th inning on a regular basis, however, Grasshopper management reserves the right to discontinue beer sales without notice and/or refuse the sale of beer to any individual. A Grasshoppers' staff member will gladly help arrange a ride for anyone who needs one. Alcohol is not permitted in Section (114).

BABY CHANGING AREAS

Baby changing tables are located in the Family Restroom behind Section 112 on the main concourse and also in the restrooms located throughout the ballpark.

BEVERAGES, FOOD & CONTAINERS

No beverages, food, coolers or containers may be brought into First National Bank Field.

We encourage the use of cameras and video cameras at First National Bank Field. However, fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with any other fan's enjoyment of the game.

CASHLESS BALLPARK

First National Bank Field is a cashless ballpark. Please be prepared to use credit or debit cards, mobile payments, or other digital forms of payment for all purchases within the stadium. We do offer several ways to turn your cash into digital forms of payment.

CONCESSIONS

There are three full-service concession stands as well as numerous vending carts located on the concourse sure to tempt your taste buds! No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the stadium.

CREDIT CARDS

The Hoppers Yard merchandise store, Grasshoppers Box Office and concession stands (excluding the Bud Light Grandstand Bar) proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and touchless payments. Fans can convert their cash to Babe's Bucks at the Hoppers Yard and Box Office.

FAMILY SECTION

The Family Section is located in Section 114 near the Rotary Play Park and designed for families and young children. Alcohol and inappropriate behavior are not permitted in this section.

FAN CONDUCT

The Greensboro Grasshoppers and First National Bank Field are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. Minor League Baseball fans have a right to expect an environment where:

1. Players, coaches, and umpires respect and appreciate every fan.
2. Patrons are treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all stadium and team personnel.
3. Patrons can enjoy their experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures. Any profane, racist, or sexist actions or words directed at anyone, including other patrons, will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from First National Bank Field.
4. Patrons will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
5. Patrons will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
6. Patrons who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the playing field will be immediately ejected from the stadium.
7. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
8. Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing are not permitted.
9. Patrons will comply with requests from team staff regarding stadium operations and emergency procedures. The stadium staff is trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and patrons are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Patrons who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and possible revocation of future admission privileges, and may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

FIRST AID

Cone Health First Aid Professionals, Guilford County EMS, and the Greensboro Police Department are on duty patrolling stadium areas at all times during the games to ensure your safety. Should you need assistance, please notify a Grasshoppers staff member or visit the Cone Health First Aid Station, located behind Section 112 on the first base side.

FOUL BALLS

Heads up! Foul balls and other objects leaving the playing field can be very dangerous. For your own safety, please pay attention to the field when the game is in progress. Any foul ball that is hit into the stands may be kept as a souvenir, however fans may not go outside of the park or onto the playing field to retrieve foul balls.

GATES OPEN

For games on Tuesday through Friday*, gates at First National Bank Field open :30 minutes prior to game time. For games on Saturday and Sunday, gates open 1 hour prior to game time. *Certain special games (such as Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day) will open 1 hour prior to game time.

KID'S PLAY AREA

The Rotary Play Park is located down the first base line and is specially designed to be kid friendly! For the safety of our play park guests, children must be 52" or under to enter. No food or drink is permitted inside the play area. Parents should not leave their children unattended.

LAWN SEATING

Lawn seating is on a first come, first served basis. Fans are welcome to bring blankets into the lawn areas at First National Bank Field, however, lawn chairs, large umbrellas, wagons, carts, and balloons are not permitted.

LOST AND FOUND

Items can be turned in to, or retrieved from, the First National Bank Guest Services booth located behind Section 110.

LOST PARENTS/FOUND CHILDREN

Children who have lost their parents will be escorted by a staff member to the First National Bank Guest Services booth, located behind Section 110. Parents who have lost their children may ask any First National Bank Field employee to help locate their child.

MERCHANDISE

All the latest Hoppers gear can be found at The Hoppers Yard located on the main concourse behind home plate. The store is open throughout the game, with regular store hours from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. You can shop 24/7 in our online Hoppers Yard!

PAGING

Paging services are only available in the case of an emergency. If you need a fan paged, please speak to a representative at the First National Bank Guest Services booth.

PARKING

Several parking lots surround the stadium on Grasshoppers game days, ranging from $4-$6. Parking is also available at the Bellemeade Street Parking Deck, just 1,500 feet away from the ballpark.

RADIO BROADCAST

Grasshopper home games are broadcast by Andy Durham via internet stream at www.gsohoppers.com.

RAIN POLICY

If we have not announced that the game has been officially postponed, the game is still on and we are doing everything we can to try to play!

If the Grasshoppers cancel a game due to weather prior to gates opening, it will be posted immediately on gsohoppers.com and our social media accounts Facebook and Twitter.

IF THE GAME IS DELAYED
Play will continue as soon as weather and safety permits. In the event five innings of one game are not completed, the game will be suspended or postponed and tickets can be exchanged as listed below. If five or more innings have been completed, it is considered an official game.

IF THE GAME IS OFFICIALLY POSTPONED
Your ticket can be exchanged for any remaining 2024 regular season home game, based on availability. Your ticket must be exchanged at the Grasshoppers Box Office for a ticket of equal value, subject to availability. There will be no refunds issued.

IF YOUR TICKETS ARE PART OF A GROUP EVENT
If you have tickets through a group and the game is officially postponed, a Grasshoppers representative will be in touch with your group leader to discuss options and re-scheduling.

REDUCED TICKET PRICE

Children 12 and under, Senior Citizens 62+, and service members with a military ID over will receive $2 off the normal ticket price, unless otherwise specified. Children 4 and under do not require a ticket but WILL NOT have a seat of their own.

RE-ENTRY

For your safety, re-entry is not permitted into First National Bank Field, except in the possibility of a rain delay and the need to socially distance our fans.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout the concourse and are handicapped accessible. A family restroom is located near the Cone Health First Aid Station on the first base side, behind section 112.

SECURITY

All fans and their bags will be screened upon entering First National Bank Field. For the safety of all guests, the following items are prohibited:

• Any outside food and beverage
• Weapons of any description, including firearms (weapons carried with a permit are also prohibited)
• Knives of any size
• Canes, chains or sticks of any length (non-medical use canes)
• Fireworks or any explosive
• Illegal drugs
• Laser pointers
• Pets (except service animals)

SMOKING

First National Bank Field prohibits smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar devices except in designated smoking areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas in the Bud Light Grandstand Bar and at the suite level bar.

SUITE ACCESS

Fans with tickets for seats on the suite level or the Party Decks may use the stairs on either end of the concourse or the elevator located behind Section 107. Please retain your ticket to ensure your access to those areas.
