What is the Hopper Pass?
The Hopper Pass provides access to claim one Lawn ticket per game (not Premium or Box seats) for each Pass purchased for 62 Grasshoppers regular-season home games (excludes April 22, May 6, and July 3rd& 4th). Tickets can be claimed up to 3 days before the day of the game.
Is this a season ticket?
No, our season tickets reserve you a guaranteed seat for all 66 Grasshoppers home games. The Hopper Pass gives you the opportunity to claim one Lawn ticket per game for each Pass, pending availability, up to 3 days before the day of the game.
Is there an additional cost to claim tickets?
No! There is no additional cost to claim your Lawn tickets outside the initial $99 cost of the Pass (plus $3 online service fee). There will be additional costs to upgrade your tickets or add Lawn tickets above what your Pass allows.
How do I claim my tickets?
Your tickets can be claimed through your online TicketReturn account up to 3 days prior to the game. You can log in to your account through THIS LINK HERE. Once logged into your account, simply click the “Claim Monthly Pass” option to claim your tickets.
Can I upgrade my Lawn tickets?
Yes, you can upgrade to Premium or Box seats, based on availability, for an additional cost. To upgrade your tickets, you will need to contact us either in-person at the ballpark or over the phone 336-268-2255.
Can I print my tickets at home?
Yes! You can print your tickets at home and also save them to your wallet if you are logged into your TicketReturn account on your mobile device.
Can I share my tickets with family or friends?
You can! Once your tickets are claimed you can forward your tickets via email or text message. You will not be able to forward the option for someone else to claim tickets with your Pass.
Where are my seats?
The Hopper Pass allows you to claim Lawn tickets for 62 regular-season home games - Lawn tickets do not provide access to Premium or Box seats. Lawn tickets include access to the Cone Health Terrace (when not reserved), State Farm Hill, and the Bud Light Grandstand Bar. There may be limited tables and chairs available in some areas which are first-come, first-served. Blankets are allowed; no lawn chairs are allowed.
Why can't I claim tickets to a certain game?
If a game is sold out of Lawn tickets, you will not be able to claim a ticket. You may, however, be able to upgrade to available seats for an additional cost. There are four games not available on the Pass: April 22, May 6, July 3rd, and July 4th.
Can I release tickets after I redeem my access pass for a ticket?
You can contact us to release tickets you have claimed, but you still can only claim one ticket per game for each Pass.
Can I exchange unused tickets or unclaimed passes for other games?
No. Tickets claimed for a game cannot be exchanged for other games, and unclaimed passes cannot be transferred to claim tickets for another game.
If I do not use all my passes, can I get a refund or credit for next season?
No. If any access passes go unused, they will not be refunded, and no credit will be applied for next season.
What if I want a traditional season ticket plan with reserved seats?
Traditional season ticket plans can be purchased ONLINE HERE, over the phone or in-person at First National Bank Field. Traditional season tickets reserve you a guaranteed seat for all Hoppers home games and additional benefits as well!
