Hillsboro Hops Announce Inaugural Fresh Hops Fest at New Hops Ballpark

Hillsboro, Ore. (August 21, 2026) – The Hillsboro Hops are bringing Oregon’s craft beer culture to the new Hops Ballpark on Saturday, October 3rd for the inaugural Fresh Hops Fest, a celebration of fresh hop and seasonal beers, local food and the Pacific Northwest.
Fresh Hops Fest will bring together 30 craft breweries from across the region for an afternoon dedicated to the region’s thriving craft beer scene. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of fresh hop and seasonal beers while enjoying food and entertainment at the new Hops Ballpark. The event is designed to showcase the new Hops Ballpark as more than a home for baseball, highlighting its role as a year-round community entertainment destination.
“We’re incredibly excited to announce our Fresh Hop Brew Fest at the new Hops Ballpark,” said Hillsboro Hops Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Operations Matt Kolasinski. “This event is a chance to showcase the incredible craft beer culture of the Pacific Northwest and highlight why it's so special - the unique connection between the brewers and the hop growers in the region. This event is another example of the fun, unique events, experiences and entertainment our new venue can offer the entire community.”
Fresh Hops Fest attendees will have access to the ballpark’s concourse, seating areas and other event spaces. In addition to the brewery lineup, the event will feature great food and beverage offerings and entertainment for guests to enjoy throughout the afternoon.
Tickets are $30 and include 10 beer tastings and a souvenir cup. The event will run from 3:00pm – 8:00pm with free parking available on-site. Additional event details, including the participating brewery lineup and activities, will be announced in the coming weeks.
