CORPUS CHRISTI - The Hooks announced Friday MIRA'S SPORTS & MORE as title sponsor of the 2017 MIRA'S HIGH SCHOOL LEGENDS Baseball Series at Whataburger Field.

The 15-game slate begins this Monday, February 20, and runs through the last day of March. It features eight District 30-5A matchups and three prominent small-school battles.

"For 40 years, MIRA'S has been supporting young athletes and serving our community in wide-ranging ways," Hooks GM Michael Wood said. "We are appreciative of MIRA'S willingness to deepen their commitment to high school baseball and extend our relationship."

"Certainly, we've been in business long enough to realize just how special high school baseball is in the Coastal Bend. It brings families and communities together, improving the quality of life. The Hooks are about that; those are values we share," MIRA'S owner Sandie Morales added.

General Admission seating goes on sale at the Whataburger Field Box Office at 9 a.m. each game date.
