Classic Auto Group Park A-Z

Autographs ~Fans may request player autographs before or after any game. Please refrain from asking for autographs during the game.

Bag Policy ~ Fans may bring diaper bags, clutches/wristlets and clear bags inside Classic Park. All other bags are prohibited. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: Backpacks, drawstring bags, tote bags, laptop bags, coolers, purses and duffle bags.

Batting Practice ~ Batting practice is closed to the general public. Prior to select games, season ticket members are given exclusive entry to watch batting and infield practice. For more information on becoming a Captains' season membership holder, contact the Ticket Office at 440.954.WINS.

Broadcast Partners ~ All regular and postseason Captains games will be streamed live on MiLB.tv.

Captains Gift Cards ~ Captains Gift Cards can be used to pay for tickets, food and drinks at Classic Park's concession stands, and merchandise at the Cargo Hold. Gift cards are available in any denomination. Call 440-954-WINS to order your Captains Cash Gift Cards today!

Concessions ~ A variety of food and beverages are available throughout the ballpark at permanent locations and numerous portable stands. Specialty food and drinks are served at the following locations: Starboard Snacks, and Castaway's Bar. Canned and draft beer is served at all portable locations.

Contactless Concessions ~ The Captains are proud to offer food & beverage ordering through our ingame QR code, allowing fans to order their food from their seats and avoid lines at the concession stands.

Donation Requests ~The Lake County Captains are excited about helping local organizations in Northeast Ohio raise money for many types of benefits and projects. Anyone interested in receiving a donation from the Captains must submit a request through ApproveForGood.com

Exit/Re-entry Policy ~ Captains fans may exit the park and re-enter through the first base gate only. A ticket is required for re-entry. During game featuring a promotional giveaway item, fans may only exit and re-enter Classic Park once distribution of the giveaway item is complete.

Facial Coverings ~ Facial coverings are optional at Classic Park. The Captains continue to welcome face coverings in Classic Park and ask that fans kindly respect others’ decisions regarding their own face coverings.

First Aid ~ The Lake Health First Aid Center is located behind section 108 near The Galley.

Food and Drink ~ No outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into Classic Park. For your convenience, there are concession stands located behind sections 104, 107, 110, 114, 117 and 118. The Captains are proud to offer concessions ordering through the QR code around the stadium, allowing fans to order their food from their seats and avoid lines at the concession stands. Foul Balls ~ Fans are welcome to keep any baseball hit or thrown into the stands. Please be aware that any foul ball or home run can cause personal injury. For your safety, please pay attention to the action on the field at all times.

Gate Openings ~ Gates open one hour before first pitch for all Captains home games, unless otherwise noted.

Group Tickets ~ Guests interested in bringing a group to the ballpark should contact the Group Sales Department at 440.954.WINS or captainsbaseball.com. Groups of 20 or more receive discounted tickets. Other group programs include Suite and Party Deck rentals, Picnics, Field of Dreams, Birthday Bash and Fundraising opportunities.

Guest Services ~ Located behind home plate, Guest Services is there for you. Should you have any questions or comments please stop by Guest Services for assistance.

Handicap Seating ~ Handicap seating is available at the top of each section. Please see the Ticket Office or the Ticket Information Center for more information.

Hand Sanitizer ~ The Captains encourage fans to frequently wash their hands with soap and water, which are available in all restrooms. Hand sanitizer can also be used and is available at stations throughout the ballpark.

Internet ~ Tickets, schedules, merchandise, up-to-the minute Captains news, live game webcasts, history, stats, scoreboard and community news are all available at the official website of the Captains: CaptainsBaseball.com.

Kids Zone ~ Located behind the bleacher and lawn seats in left field, the Kids Zone features inflatables such as speed pitch, bouncer and slide.

Lost and Found ~ The Lake County Captains Baseball Club is not responsible for any items lost or left inside Classic Park. Please contact Guest Services or the nearest usher if you realize that you may have lost or misplaced an item.

Lost Tickets ~ Please remember that your tickets are like money, have value, and should be secured at all times. You will be charged the face value for any lost or stolen tickets should they need to be replaced.

Masks ~ See "facial coverings" above.

Merchandise ~ Visit the Cargo Hold located by the Main Entrance and pick up your favorite Captains merchandise. For your convenience, the Cargo Hold is open one hour before game time until the end of the game. On non-game days the Cargo Hold is open 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday). Order merchandise online, anytime, by visiting shopcaptains.com.

National Anthem ~ Those interested in performing the National Anthem at Classic Park must email [email protected] an audio clip or video of themselves singing.

Official Game ~ A game is considered official after 4 ½ innings have been completed, 5 innings if the Captains are losing. If a game is postponed prior to being an official game, please hold on to your ticket and listen for announcements regarding the rescheduling of the game.

Parking ~ Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Gold Lot. Handicap spots are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking fee for the Classic Park Gold Lot is $10.

Questions ~ Please feel free to ask any member of the Captains staff about any aspect of the ballpark. Or, you may stop by Guest Services, located behind home plate, and ask any question or make a comment about Captains Baseball or Classic Park.

Restrooms ~ Restrooms on the concourse level are located on the first base side behind sections 105 and 106, on the third base side behind sections 115 and 116 and behind home plate (section 110). A family restroom is located behind section 118. Restrooms are located on the suite level by the first and third base Party Decks and behind the Press Box.

Rainout Procedure ~ If a game is postponed or cancelled in the event of inclement weather, your ticket stub will serve as a raincheck to any future regular season game during the current season, subject to availability. Tickets must be redeemed in person at the Classic Park Box Office or the Ticket Information Center prior to entering the gates for another game.

Refunds ~ Captains tickets are non-refundable.

Smoking ~ Smoking is prohibited in Classic Park. Smoking in the designated smoking area outside the first base gate is permitted.

Ticket Information Center ~ Located on the concourse behind home plate, the Ticket Information Center is where information regarding group packages, individual tickets and theme nights can be found. You may also purchase tickets for upcoming Captains home games and other Classic Park events.

Ticket Office ~ Stop by our Ticket Office for tickets to upcoming games! For your convenience, Ticket Office hours are 9am until the end of the 7th inning on all game days. On non-game days the Ticket Office hours are 9am - 5pm (Monday-Friday).

Ticket Resale ~ City of Eastlake ordinance prohibits the resale of tickets within 1,500 feet from the stadium. All violators will be prosecuted.

TV ~ Watch all Captains games on MiLB.tv.

Umbrellas ~ For your convenience, umbrellas are permitted in Classic Park.

Video Board ~ The Captains 53.5' wide by 22' tall state-of-the-art video board furnished by Panasonic is comprised of almost 258,048 LEDs to create a lifelike, clear, high-resolution presentation.

Will Call ~ Tickets may be left at the Will Call Window for others to pick up. Please leave the full name of the person to pick up the tickets along with the date of the game. Will Call is located at the Ticket Office next to the Main Entrance. NO TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION.
