Publix Field welcomes service dogs with documentation and other animals that assist guests. However, we are unable to accommodate any other animals.

Guests may request special-occasion announcements such as birthdays, anniversaries and graduations at Lakeland Flying Tigers games by speaking to the ticket office prior to the game. All requests are subject to team approval.

Anyone interested in singing the national anthem prior to a Flying Tigers home game should email [email protected]

There are currently no ATMs available. However, all concessions and shops take credit/debit card.

Flying Tigers players sign autographs before and after each game when time and Major League regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee that autograph opportunities will be available.

Baby changing stations are located in both the men's and women's restrooms at Publix Field.

For your safety, any and all bags will be subject to search by a Flying Tigers employee prior to entrance to the facility. All bags must be 16"x16"x8" or smaller in size.

Signs or banners are not allowed in the stadium unless otherwise approved in advance by team management.

For your safety, no bats are allowed into the stadium, unless otherwise approved in advance by team management.

Early entry to watch batting practice is available for $5 for general admission or $30 for the VIP on-field experience, which includes a lanyard, field access, and water or soda. General admission can be purchased online; VIP can be purchased over the phone or in-person at the ticket office.

Batting practice can be canceled at any time by the teams with no prior notice given. Batting practice is at the sole discretion of the teams and their management. In the event of a cancellation, we can reschedule for another date or issue a refund. If purchased online, the Lakeland Flying Tigers can only refund the amount of the ticket and cannot refund any fees applied at the purchase point.

Early admission is as follows:

  • 10 a.m. for VIP Batting Practice and 10:30 a.m. for General Batting Practice for a 1:05 p.m. game.
  • 3:00 p.m. for VIP Batting Practice and 3:30 p.m. for General Batting Practice for a 6:05 p.m. game.

Must come in through front gate.

One (1) sealed bottle of water one liter or smaller will be permitted. No other outside food or beverage will be permitted into Publix Field.

Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for their personal use (MLB rules prohibit shooting game footage). Fans are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Please do not obstruct the view of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods and monopods. The Flying Tigers reserve the right to remove any guests that do not cooperate with this policy.

Outside food, drinks, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Other items not allowed to be brought in the stadium include drugs, drug paraphernalia, broomsticks, offensive signs, political signs, fishnets, large plastic bottles over 600 ml (no matter what the contents) and projectiles that can cause injuries or disruption of the game.

Cell Phones are permitted within Publix Field, provided that their use does not interfere with other guests and their enjoyment of the game/event.

Any child (under age 2) entering the park without a ticket must share a seat with the accompanying adult. All other children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Lakeland Flying Tigers encourages guests to share their comments and/or suggestions. It is our goal to make Publix Field a safe and enjoyable place for all of our guests. Please speak with any front office member or visit the Information Booth.

The Flying Tigers are committed to maintaining an environment free from harassment, and strictly prohibit the use of Derogatory Language by any guest, employee or visitor to Publix Field. Derogatory Language is the use of offensive language concerning another individual's, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender, genetics, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or marital, familial or disability status or status as a covered veteran or any other status protected by law. Each complaint of abusive fan behavior based on the use of Derogatory Language will be promptly investigated and persons who are credibly found to have violated this policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including ejection from the game and potential ban from Publix Field at the discretion of the Flying Tigers.

The Lakeland Flying Tigers asks if patrons are drinking at the stadium that they not drive. Fans should bring a designated driver or find other means of transportation to make their way home. If a cab is needed for an inebriated fan, contact the ticket office so arrangements can be made.

Assistance is provided upon request from the ushers located at each gate or by visiting the Publix Field Ticket Office.

Wheel accessible seating is located in the following sections: 100, 111, 202, top of 209, 212, 214, 216, and in the 34 Club. Please notify the Publix Field Ticket Office at (863) 413 - 4140 or upon purchase of tickets.

The Lakeland Flying Tigers are happy to help non-profit groups and their fundraising efforts through donations whenever possible. Due to the high volume of requests received each week we ask that you provide us with at minimum, 8 weeks advanced notice.

In the event of an emergency at Publix Field, MUST follow the directions of Flying Tigers employees, ushers, and law enforcement personnel and listen to the instructions given over the public address system.

In the interest of player and guest safety, Publix Field maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy will result in removal from the ballpark

Guests are welcome to keep foul balls hit into the stands. However, at no time should a foul ball or home run be thrown back on to the field. Violators will be ejected from the ballpark. Any guest interfering with a ball in play will also be subject to ejection. Unfortunately, the Flying Tigers are unable to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls or home runs. 

Fans cannot go into restricted areas to retrieve a foul ball.

Gates on select Saturdays open 1.5 hours ahead of game time.

Gates open 1 hour prior to game time for all other Flying Tigers games. 

Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at Publix Field, including but not limited to:

  • Interfering with other guests ability to enjoy the game;
  • Using foul or abusive language and/or gesture;
  • Appearing to be in an impaired or intoxicated capacity;
  • Using tobacco products of any kind in any area of the ballpark except for the one designated smoking area;
  • Failing to produce a ticket on request or sitting In a seat which Is not ticketed;
  • Being in possession of certain items that are not permitted within Publix Field, including balloons, laser pointers, fireworks, or other items determined by the Flying Tigers to be hazardous or disruptive;
  • Interfering with the progress of the game, a ball in play or throwing objects onto or entering the playing field or within the stadium;
  • Wearing clothing which, in the judgment of the Flying Tigers, is indecent or otherwise distracts from the enjoyment of other guests.

Violators may be subject to ejection and/or possible arrest.

The Flying Tigers ask that all guests extend proper courtesy to others at the ballpark. Do not stand in and around the seating areas or aisleways. In order to provide everyone with the best experience, restrict your movement during play and only move through the seating bowl when there is a break in play.

Found articles should be turned in to the Guest Information Booth, located on the main concourse. The Box Office staff will record pertinent information and lost articles will be cataloged and maintained until the end of Spring Training in the Publix Field Ticket Office. To check lost and found on non-game days, call (863)-413-4140 and ask for Publix Field Lost & Found.

Guests should report any missing person to a Tigers representative or Lakeland police officer. Gameday staff will work closely with Publix Field security personnel to locate the missing individual.

The D Shop is the premier outlet for Tigers and Flying Tigers merchandise in Lakeland. Hundreds of different items are available at the D Shop, located next to the Publix Field Ticket Office.

On-field access is limited to authorized personnel with the proper credentials prior to, during and after games. Any guest attempting to go onto the field without the proper credentials will be escorted out of the ballpark and prosecuted accordingly.

On-field ceremonies occur prior to each home game and salute members of the local community for their efforts to keep Tigers/Flying Tigers baseball in Lakeland the best Spring Training/Minor League experience in Florida. Ceremonies include throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, singing the national anthem, band performances, and other promotional performances. 

Located on the first base side, the Outback Dugout is one of the Hospitality Areas that fans can reserve to watch the game or host a special event. Due to its proximity with players, it offers the best opportunity for fans to get an autograph of their favorite player. Read here to learn more about it. 

Minor League Baseball, the Flying Tigers and the City of Lakeland are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark. Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages into Publix Field, except one (1) sealed bottle of water one liter or smaller. No other outside food or beverage is permitted in Publix Field. Items necessary for medical conditions are permitted. Fans requiring special foods for dietary or medical needs must contact the Publix Field front office at least prior to the event with any special requests.

Fans may not bring coolers, backpacks and large bags into the ballpark. Purses, small bags, and infant diaper bags are permitted, but should not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". All items are subject to search by game day security.

Fans are eligible to receive promotional items based on age guidelines and quantity restrictions. Promotional items are limited to one per ticketed person while supplies last. Non-ticketed children two and under will not receive a promotional giveaway item.

In the event 5 innings of a game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4-1/2 innings, your ticket will be good for any 2019 regular-season game and may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value subject to availability, at the Baycare box office. Box office hours are Mon-Fri 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. For all Saturday and Sunday home games, the box office will open at 2 p.m. on Saturday home games and 11 a.m. on Sunday home games.

Exchanges will not be accepted for participation in Wednesday all-you-can-eat promotions and require the purchase of an all-you-can-eat ticket ($10-$12 in advance, $13-$15 days of game). Select giveaways also require a purchased ticket for that day's game. Complimentary tickets may not be exchanged.

If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances after five innings have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges.

There are four men's and four women's restrooms located at Publix Field. sets of restrooms are located on the first base side in the fan plaza, one set is located on the third-base side, and there is one set in the outfield concessions building. There is one family restroom on the first-base side in the fan plaza and one family restroom in the outfield building.

For the comfort and security of all guests, we do not allow fans to enter Publix Field with hazardous or disruptive items. Items that are not permitted inside the ballpark include bags and containers over 16" x 16" x 8", boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, frisbees, laser pointers, fireworks, footballs, and weapons of any kind. The Flying Tigers reserve the right to inspect packages or problematic containers.

Detroit Tigers Spring Training Season Tickets are in high demand and available on a limited basis. For information regarding availability and season ticket holder benefits, call Box Office (863)-413-4140.

The safety of our fans will always be top priority. We believe that the use of walk-through metal detectors enhances fan safety. When approaching the ballpark walk-through metal detectors, Guests are asked to NOT REMOVE any jackets, belts, coins, keys, wallets, watches, or other objects of similar size. By NOT removing these items, it will help expedite the screening process. Guests will be asked to REMOVE cell phones, cameras, tablets, laptops, and other large metal objects.

Publix Field welcomes guests who utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block any aisleways. Strollers are not available to rent.

The Ticket Office is located just outside the main gate, next to the D-Shop.

Exchanges -- There are no exchanges once a game ticket has been purchased.

Lost/stolen game tickets -- Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash and cannot be replaced. If game tickets are lost or stolen, please call the Flying Tigers Ticket Office at (836) - 413 - 4140.

Refunds -- There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.

Rain Outs -- In the event, a regulation game is not played on its scheduled date, tickets may be exchanged for a subsequent Flying Tigers games at Publix Field during the 2020 season (subject to availability). A refund may also be requested. A rainout refund may only be requested If the tickets were purchased directly through the Publix Field Box Office, tickets.com, or lakelandflyingtigers.com. Only the ticket holder who originally purchased the ticket is eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the date of the canceled game. Original purchases via credit card will be refunded to the same card. Original purchases via check or cash will be refunded by check and take 8-10 weeks to process. Refund request forms can be found online at lakelandflyingtigers.com.

In consideration of the health and comfort of others, the use of tobacco products including electronic chemical delivery devices such as e-cigarettes is not permitted in the seating areas, the Fan Plaza, or main concourse. The use of these products is only permitted in one designated smoking area located on the third base side.

For the safety and viewing enjoyment of all fans, umbrellas are permitted in Publix Field, but may not be open during play.

Umbrella's with a point on the tip are not permitted.

Tickets that were set to Will Call can be picked up at any open Will Call window at the Publix Field ticket office. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets at the Will Call window.
