Lakeland Health and Safety Protocols

Over recent months, the Lakeland Flying Tigers have been diligently hard at work planning for the safe return of fans. The following health and safety policies adhere to the guidelines set forth by Major League Baseball, Polk County, and the City of Lakeland.

For questions or more information please contact the Lakeland Flying Tigers at (863) 686-8075 or [email protected].

Autographs and player interactions are currently prohibited due to Major League Baseball health protocols.

Bag Policy

To create a safe and distanced entry process, no bags, backpacks, purses or clutches are permitted into the facility. A wrist/wallet purse the size of a cell phone is also allowed.

Exceptions: Medical bags and manufactured diaper bags accompanying infants and young children.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the Stadium. In addition to our cleaning crew, a “sanitizing team” will be disinfecting high touch points before, during and after the game. Electrostatic sprayers will be used to sanitize and disinfect the seating bowl, suites, and hospitality areas after each game.

All concessions and merchandise sales will be cashless. Concession items will be packaged. Due to social distancing guidelines, eating on the concourse is prohibited.

Face Coverings

All fans age two years and older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth at all times on ballpark property other than when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. Face coverings that fans wear must be on Major League Baseball’s approved list, which generally includes cloth or surgical varieties. Gaiters or masks with valves are not permitted. Face shields must be accompanied by a mask.

Gate Entry

· Gates will open to the general public 1 hour prior to first pitch.

· Season ticket holders will be permitted to enter 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to first pitch.

· One unopened, sealed bottle of water per person is allowed.

Pod Seating

Tickets will be sold in pods of one (1) to six (6) seats, and no pod will be within six feet of another in any direction. Each row will have a maximum of two pods, with unused seats strapped down. Each pod will have aisle access, ensuring no pod must cross over any other pod.

Fans will not be allowed to re-enter the stadium, except for a medical emergency or weather delay.

Smoking is not permitted within the stadium or on the grounds of TigerTown.
