Despite early fireworks from Dylan Burdeaux, the Flying Tigers dropped their final game before the All-Star break as Jupiter's offense came alive in a 9-3 shellacking.

Lakeland's bats were hot early, as an error by Jupiter and a monster home run by Dylan Burdeaux gave the Flying Tigers a 3-0 lead. After the first inning, the tides turned in favor of the Hammerheads. Jupiter starter Josh Roeder and relievers Parker Bugg, Dylan Lee, and Reilly Hovis combined to allow just one more Flying Tiger to reach base after the first inning.
After recording no hits in the first, Jupiter notched two hits and a walk en route to two second-inning runs to cut into the lead. Jupiter added three more runs in the third on three walks, a triple, and a sac fly. The Hammerheads added insurance runs in the sixth, seventh, and ninth to push the final score to 9-3.
