The Suite Level at Bank of the James Stadium offers the most affordable luxury in Lynchburg and is perfect for entertaining clients, employees or celebrating with friends and family. With the ability to hold up to 20 guests, skyboxes offer a private fully furnished suite with outdoor balcony seating, climate control, a kitchenette, a TV, and wait service.

*Coming Soon - July 2026* The Autova SkyDeck features a second level, covered picnic patio, high top table and dining rail seating, a full service bar, flat screen TVs, two rows of padded seats overlooking the field, and a garage door windows to keep your guests out of the weather! This unique viewing area is a great place to entertain employees, clients, friends, family, church members, etc. The Autova SkyDeck can fit up to 120 fans!

This exclusive tiered seating area offers the ability to host up to 250 guests and a unique close-to-the-action experience that overlooks the visiting bullpen and playing field. The Picnic Plaza features picnic table seating, a snack shack for food & beverage add-ons, and an exclusive area to entertain guests!

The Hillcats welcome all types of performing groups including choirs, bands, cheer squads, karate classes, dance teams, etc. to perform on the field prior to the game! If your organization is a non-profit, turn it into a fundraising opportunity!

Take the field with a Hillcats player through our Field of Dreams program! Our field of dreams opportunities will create everlasting memories stretching beyond the game! Pair a field of dreams opportunity with a pre-game trophy banquet on the field to create the ultimate end of the season celebration!

Raise money for your organization, school, team, or performing group by partnering with the Hillcats! With no cost to participate and no ticket minimums, participants are able to sell Hillcats tickets while making money for their organization! Simply select a game and sell! For each ticket sold, the Hillcats will donate $3 back to the organization!

The Lynchburg Hillcats are excited to host your birthday party at the ballpark this season! The birthday kid and each kid in attendance receives special gifts and a lifetime of memories! Just let us know how many will be attending and we'll take load off your plate by taking care of the set up and clean up!

Want to plan a group event but our games do not fit your schedule? The Hillcats will gladly host your event on an off day during the season or during the off season! Create a unique experience that you can share with your guests by renting out the ballpark for a private event, set up the event in our Taproom, or utilize the field for a "Sip and Swing" picnic (batting practice on the field)!
