Chiefs and Red Wings rained out

Game to be made up on June 25
May 3, 2011
The scheduled game between the Syracuse Chiefs and Rochester Red Wings was postponed Tuesday afternoon due to rain.

Syracuse lefthander Tommy Milone was scheduled to take the mound against Rochester righty Andy Baldwin. The two teams will make up the game as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, June 25 with game one scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM. One ticket will be valid for admission to both games.

Fans who purchased tickets for Tuesday's game can redeem their ticket stub for the June 25 games or at any other 2011 regular season home game. Season ticket holders should check the back of their ticket for the unused season ticket policy.

The Little League parade previously scheduled for June 25 will be held in between games of the doubleheader.

Syracuse will return to action on Thursday after a scheduled day off. The Chiefs begin an eight-game road trip in Durham. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
