International League
Lonnie Chisenhall, Columbus

Indians prospect Lonnie Chisenhall wasted no time reestablishing his presence after he missed over a week with a concussion. In his first game back, on Wednesday, he knocked in six runs and missed the cycle by a mere double while going 4-for-6. Although he was hitless Thursday, he walked and collected two more RBIs. Friday brought a five-RBI game, as Chisenhall homered and slapped out a pair of singles, and he plated another run, scored and had two hits over the rest of the weekend. The award may be his last for a while as a Minor Leaguer as the process is expected to be called to Cleveland on Monday.

Pacific Coast League
Cody Ransom, Reno

After going 2-for-5 with a walk and a run scored Monday, Cody Ransom brought out the big bat Tuesday. The D-backs farmhand homered twice, walked and scored three runs to spark the Aces to an 8-7 win that day. He singled, doubled and stole a base Thursday, and Friday went 3-for-3 with a homer, a triple and a double. He hit yet another home run during a two-hit Saturday, and he ripped a single in his final game of the week.

Eastern League
Chris Dominguez, Richmond

Giants third base prospect Chris Dominguez was promoted to the Double-A Flying Squirrels after hitting .291 with 40 RBIs in the Cal League, and he's even hotter through his first 10 games at the new level. Dominguez doubled in each of his first three games of the week, and he was 3-for-4 with a triple, two two-baggers, a run scored and an RBI in Wednesday's tilt at Harrisburg. Opening a weekend series against Erie on Friday, Dominguez failed to hit another double, but he did homer, single and score twice. Over Saturday and Sunday, he added three more doubles, another single and three RBIs.

Southern League
Denis Phipps, Carolina

Denis Phipps had two multiple hit games directly before this week's All-Star break, and when play resumed in the Southern League on Wednesday, he picked up where he left off. The Cincinnati prospect doubled, singled and scored in each of his first two games back, also stealing a base, walking and picking up an RBI. On Saturday, he went 4-for-4 with a double and a triple, walking, knocking in a run and crossing the plate twice himself. He wrapped up the week with a 3-for-5 Sunday in which he doubled and scored two more runs.

Texas League
Luis Jimenez, Arkansas

Angels prospect Luis Jimenez, who played for the World Team in last year's Futures Game, is settling into a groove during his first crack at Double-A ball. He kicked off the week with a three-hit Monday, doubling, knocking in a run and scoring. Tuesday was even better, and Wednesday was nothing to complain about, either; Jimenez homered twice in each of those games, going 3-for-4 with four runs scored in the former and collecting five RBIs in the latter. He scored three more runs Friday, and he knocked in two more and scored another over Saturday and Sunday.

California League
Nolan Arenado, Modesto

After the Nuts hosted the Carolina/California All-Star Game on Monday, Nolan Arenado, a second-round pick of the Rockies in 2009, rushed to assure the Modesto faithful there was still lots to look forward to. In his first game back, he singled and doubled, and his four-hit, six-RBI outing the next day led the Nuts to a 15-7 romp over Bakersfield. The Newport Beach native's 13-game hitting streak came to an end Saturday, but he bounced back in style. On Sunday, he was already 2-for-3 with a walk and a run scored when he slugged a game-tying three-run dinger in the top of the ninth.

Carolina League
Adam Donachie, Frederick

Orioles catching farmhand Adam Donachie was on fire during another All-Star break abbreviated week. Entering Friday's game as an eighth-inning pinch hitter, Donachie came up empty, harmlessly popping up to shortstop. What he accomplished over the rest of the weekend, though, made that at-bat immensely forgettable. The next day, he bashed two home runs to collect five RBIs, pacing the Keys in a 6-3 victory. On Sunday, he homered again, also singling, scoring twice and knocking in three runs.

Florida State League
Jonathan Singleton, Clearwater

Jonathan Singleton wore a serious funk into the week -- his 0-for-3 Monday made him 1-for-18 over the last five games, and he'd managed to get as many as two hits in only one game all month. On Tuesday, everything changed. He doubled in his first at-bat of the game, and he finished with a home run, a single, a walk and six RBIs. In his next game, the Phillies prospect notched two more singles and another base-on-balls. Singleton wasn't done yet, though: he homered twice, doubled and walked to score three runs Thursday. He went 3-for-5 on Friday and had a hit in each of the next two games.

Midwest League
Brian Fletcher, Kane County

Brian Fletcher, the Royals' 18th-round Draft pick from last year, found his power stroke after missing a month with a hamstring injury. He'd hit two homers all season before going yard Friday, and he crushed two more the next night, putting on a 3-for-3, three-runs-scored, seven-RBI spectacle. When Fletcher slapped out a single Sunday, it meant he'd strung together a nice little six-game hitting streak, and he's batting .357 since coming back from the injury.

South Atlantic League
Christian Vazquez, Greenville

Christian Vazquez missed the cycle by a triple in his last game before the Sally League All-Star Game, and he homered twice in his first game back afterward. The Red Sox prospect went 0-for-3 in the next game, on Friday, but he didn't let it slow him down. He came away from four Saturday at-bats with a homer, a double and a single to show for his efforts, and he plated three runs and scored three times that day. On Sunday, he homered yet again, going 2-for-4 with a walk.

New York-Penn League
Hendry Jimenez, Auburn

Nationals prospect Hendry Jimenez is repeating the New York-Penn League after hitting .218 for Auburn last year, and he's off to a much improved start. Jimenez has hit safely in each of his games so far, and he's reached base in half of his plate appearances. He had three hits Tuesday, also walking, collecting an RBI, stealing a base and scoring twice. He homered and scored twice more during a three-RBI outing in his next game, and he tripled and doubled on Friday to put together his third consecutive two-hit game. On Sunday, he singled, doubled, stole another base and scored another run.

Northwest League
Cory Spangenberg, Eugene

Cory Spangenberg, the No. 10 overall choice from this year's Draft, was quick to make an impression in pro ball. Through his first 10 games, the Padres prospect has plated 11 runs and scored six, all the while posting a .563 on-base percentage. From Thursday through Sunday, he had two hits in each of four straight games, and the last tilt of the stretch was his best yet. Spangenberg doubled and hit his first Minor League home run, racking up five RBIs in the game.

Appalachian League
Eddie Rosario, Elizabethton

A fourth-round pick of the Twins from last year, Eddie Rosario enjoyed a hot start to the Appy League campaign. Rosario has scored a run in every game so far, and he's only gone hitless once. Through the first three contests, he was 5-for-15 with a triple and an RBI. He celebrated his first Saturday in the circuit by going 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI, a run scored and two stolen bases. On Sunday, he homered and doubled twice to earn five RBIs and score three runs.

Pioneer League
James Baldwin, Ogden

Go tell it on the mountain: James Baldwin blazed his way through his first week of the season. The Dodgers' fourth-round pick from last year stole 17 bases in the Arizona League that summer. He should easily eclipse that thefts mark, having ripped off five bags in his first seven Pioneer League games. In every game but one so far, he's had at least one RBI, and he's banged out at least two hits in five different games. On Friday, he homered twice, stole two bases, scored three runs and had four RBIs. The next game, he had three singles, two more stolen bases and three more runs scored. Baldwin homered and doubled on Sunday.
