International League
Jeff Frazier, Toledo

Tigers prospect Jeff Frazier had an outstanding offensive week, hitting home runs in consecutive games twice and collecting a cool 12 RBIs. The Mud Hens played nine games in seven days, and Frazier made the most of it. The Rutgers University product tallied six multiple-hit performances this week and led the league in average, homers, RBIs, on-base percentage (.595), slugging percentage and runs scored (10). Frazier's strongest appearance came in Toledo's 18-1 rout over Syracuse on Thursday, when he went 4-for-5 with a walk, a homer, two runs scored and six RBIs.

Pacific Coast League
Brandon Watson, Reno

Outfielder Brandon Watson hit for the first cycle in Reno Aces franchise history on Thursday. He completed the feat with a double in the seventh inning and then notched his second single of the night in the eighth. The Diamondbacks prospect finished the game 5-for-6 with three RBIs and four runs scored. With five multiple-hit games this week, Watson led the league in batting average and was able to raise his average to .301 on the season.

Eastern League
Brennan Boesch, Erie

Tigers prospect Brennan Boesch hit home runs in three consecutive games this week, from July 22-24. His July 23 homer was in walk-off fashion as it led the SeaWolves to a 6-5 win over the Akron Aeros in the bottom of the 11th. Boesch is currently on a 13-game hitting streak, his longest of the season. The right fielder leads the league in homers (21) and triples (7), ranks third in RBIs (67) and runs scored (63) and is fourth in slugging percentage (.540).

Southern League
Josh Bell, Chattanooga

Dodgers prospect Josh Bell was perfect twice this week. On Tuesday, the third baseman went 4-for-4 with a walk, a run, a pair of doubles and two RBIs. Then, on Thursday, he went 3-for-3 with a walk, a homer and two RBIs. Bell, a former fourth-round Draft pick, reached base in every game this week to raise his on-base percentage to .388. He ranks second in the league in doubles (28) and extra-base hits (41).

Texas League
Jeff Bianchi, Northwest Arkansas
.600 (18-30), 9 R, 3 2B, 0 3B, 1 HR, 11 RBI, 1 BB, 4 SO, 1 SB, .800 SLG
Shortstop Jeff Bianchi's batting average has dipped below .200 just once since he was promoted to Double-A last month. The Royals prospect had at least two hits in all six games this week. He capped off the week with a five-RBI performance in which he went 4-for-6 with a homer and three runs scored. Bianchi is hitting .325 between Wilmington and Northwest Arkansas this season.

California League
Tyson Gillies, High Desert

Mariners prospect Tyson Gillies is on quite the tear, notching more than one hit in eight straight games. The center fielder raised his batting average to .342 this week, good for third in the league. Gillies also ranks among the league leaders in stolen bases (29), on-base percentage (.441) and runs scored (75).

Carolina League
Dan Nelson, Potomac

Dan Nelson started the week off going 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles, a triple and a run scored, and he finished the week going 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs. He has a .393 on-base percentage, which ranks fourth in the league.

Florida State League
Josh Harrison, Daytona

Cubs prospect Josh Harrison, who's been a force since being promoted to Daytona on July 8, stole four bases on July 22 to bring his season total to 25. He had a strong offensive week, including four consecutive multiple-hit games. His best performance came on July 24, when he went 4-for-5 with a walk, a stolen base, three runs scored and four RBIs.

Midwest League
Jovan Rosa, Peoria

Third baseman Jovan Rosa hit his first grand slam of the season on Sunday. Having hit another on June 30, 2008 for the Chiefs, Rosa tied a franchise record with his second slam for Peoria. On Thursday, he knocked in all five of Peoria's runs, going 2-for-3 with a homer in their 5-0 shutout of Lansing. The Cubs prospect raised his Midwest League batting average to .317 after hitting safely in all six games he appeared in this week.

South Atlantic League
Corban Joseph, Charleston

Yankees prospect Corban Joseph had at least two hits in all six games he appeared in this week. The third baseman also has at least one RBI in his past five games. On July 25, the former fourth-rounder went 5-for-6 with a walk, a home run, two runs scored and two RBIs. The next day, he went a perfect 3-for-3 with two walks, a double and an RBI. Joseph raised his batting average to .308, putting him among the top 10 active South Atlantic League hitters.

Appalachian League
Michael Gonzales, Elizabethton

First baseman Michael Gonzales hit home runs in three consecutive games this week, from July 22-24. The Twins prospect had five multiple-hit games this week to increase his batting average to .333, which ranks among the best in the league. His strongest offensive performance came on July 25, when he went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, a triple and five RBIs.

New York-Penn League
Kyle Jensen, Jamestown

Marlins prospect Kyle Jensen hit safely in all seven games this week. On July 20, the left fielder went a perfect 3-for-3 with a double, two runs scored and two RBIs. Jensen, a product of St. Mary's College, is hitting .404 in 17 games with the Jammers this season.

Northwest League
Drew Biery, Salem-Keizer

Third baseman Drew Biery entered Saturday's game with one home run in 27 games played, but proceeded to hit three longballs on July 25. Biery's batting average jumped to a league-leading .405 after an outstanding offensive week. The Giants prospect reached base in all seven contests and had five multiple-hit games. He also ranks among the league leaders in RBIs (29), on-base percentage (.464), slugging percentage (.595) and runs scored (27).

Pioneer League
Jose Vargas, Great Falls

White Sox prospect Jose Vargas hit home runs in four consecutive games this week, including a multiple-homer performance on July 24. The first baseman went 3-for-4 with a walk, two home runs, two RBIs and four runs scored. He is hitting .545 since joining the Voyagers this week and has at least one run and one RBI in all five games with Great Falls.
