Promo Seminar adds 'Power Sessions'

Online registration for MiLB event is currently available
March 27, 2012
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The Minor League Baseball™ Promotional Seminar has added a half day of "Power Sessions" to its lineup, providing sports executives who will attend the event from Oct. 2-5, 2012, at The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa-Reno another valuable learning and networking opportunity. The Power Sessions will involve people who have received a special invitation to participate because they are regarded as experts in their field. They will participate in an interactive discussion, sharing their thoughts and ideas on a given topic.

Attendees will have the chance to listen to, learn from and interact with these experts. In order to make room for this new element, one set of Group Therapy sessions will now take place on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 2, before the welcome reception.

Attendee and trade show exhibitor registration and information about the 2012 event is now available at www.MiLBPromoSeminar.com online.

The 35th annual MiLB™ Promo Seminar will allow sports professionals the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas individually and in group settings on a variety of gameday and non-gameday topics. Other aspects of the seminar include the selection of the Golden Bobblehead Award winners, a trade show, welcome reception, cocktail party and silent auction, ballpark outing, and MiLB Charities mission project.

The Reno Aces will serve as the host club for the Promo Seminar and will entertain attendees during an outing at their Aces Ballpark on Thursday, Oct. 4.

The Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities (PBEO®) program will also be part of the seminar, allowing attending organizations and exhibiting companies to post jobs, interview and hire candidates.
