Stone Crabs to Host Hairiest Back Contest

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Over a three day period at the end of June, the Stone Crabs and Joyce Vein and Aesthetic Institute will host the first ever Hairiest Back Contest. Starting on June 23 and continuing on June 24 and 25, fans will have the opportunity to compete against each other to see who has the hairiest back in the Charlotte County area.

The finals of the contest will be held on Saturday June 25 with the winner receiving six one-hour laser hair removal treatments from Joyce Vein and Aesthetic Institute, a $3,600 value.

"Our first ever Hairiest Back Contest gives us a chance to highlight what Minor League Baseball is really all about, fun." says Stone Crabs Assistant General Manager-Sales Patrick McMaster, "as well as highlighting just one of the many services that Joyce Vein and Aesthetic Institute provide, a new Stone Crabs partner for 2011."

Stone Crabs fans interested in participating will receive two free tickets to either Thursday June 23, Friday June 24, or Saturday June 25 game. Those fans that would like to participate must simply call the Stone Crabs office at 941-206-4487 to reserve their spot. Limited spots are available.
