Tides roll at Fenway Saturday

Four different Tides batters had two hits apiece as Norfolk knocked off Pawtucket 7-3 Saturday from Fenway Park.

Joey Gathright, Michael Aubrey, Brandon Snyder and Justin Turner each had two hits to help pace the Tides, who pounded out 11 hits in the contest. With the win, Norfolk won the four-game set 3-1.

Jake Arrieta (4-5) earned the win for the Tides, as he allowed two runs on six hits in six innings of work. Arrieta struck out four without walking a batter, throwing 49 of his 82 pitches for strikes.

The Tides will enjoy their final off day of the season Sunday before returning home to Harbor Park on Monday for the start of a four-game set with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. First pitch is slated for 7:15.
