Xavier Paul continued his hot hitting for the Chiefs with a homer, double and three RBIs, while Corey Brown launched a two-run shot. Matt Pagnozzi drove in the Clippers' lone run.
Todd Redmond gave up seven hits and struck out four over six scoreless innings as Gwinnett posted a 6-1 road win over Buffalo. Nick Noonan's two-run double in the bottom of the eighth inning pushed Fresno past Omaha, 6-4. Noonan finished with three RBIs, while Roger Kieschnick homered and scored twice for the Grizzlies. Clint Robinson was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two RBIs for the Storm Chasers.
