The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, located in downtown Dover, has been a granite state favorite since it opened in 1983. They were founded by local parents, and all their exhibits are hand-crafted in New Hampshire. They offer classes, camps, and special annual events . Schools can book field trips to the museum, sometimes for free if the school is a Title 1 school. They have year-long memberships that are very affordable and allow you to come play at the museum year-round!

The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire is closer to Manchester than the Boston Children’s Museum and limits the number of families per 3-hour play session so kids can actually experience and enjoy the exhibits without being crowded out of the way! They’ve just opened their newest exhibit, “The Floor is Lava.”

The Currier Museum of Art connects art with diverse audiences, both local and international. Manchester True Collaborative (MTC) strives to maintain a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for the LGBTQIA+ community in Greater Manchester, NH. This is accomplished through collaborative community partnerships, fundraising, education, and events.
