Through the years the Reading Fightin Phils have had a plethora of mascots run through FirstEnergy Stadium. Some have been one-hit one wonders, while others have stood the test of time.
During the month of March, 32 of these mascots went up against each other in a bracket challenge. Fans had the opportunity to vote for their favorites on social media. Contestants ranged from the most infamous, Screwball, to rarer breeds such as the Recycling Man.
The championship round came down to Briscoe Disco versus the Crazy Hot Dog Vendor. In the end, the ever popular Crazy Hot Dog Vendor landed on top and was crowned the king of the bracket challenge.
