Arauz, who began the season with Double-A Reading, is 8-6 with a 5.06 ERA. Arauz was acquired from the Astros in the 2015 deal for Ken Giles. Nicolino, is making his second start of the season against Lehigh Valley. The Pigs faced the 26-year-old in his second start of the year when he allowed one run over six innings.

LAST GAME

A two-run bottom of the eighth gave Louisville a 5-3 victory and Lehigh Valley its third close loss in four games on this road trip. Recap

HEAD-TO-HEAD

The Pigs last met the Bats during the opening series at Coca-Cola Park. Lehigh Valley took the first three games for the four-game set. The Pigs had lost three consecutive games three times this season but last night's loss was the first time the Pigs lost more than three in a row.

Last year in Louisville the Bats took two out of three from the Pigs. Lehigh Valley was able to take the middle game to even the series at two but the Bats took the rubber match 5-4.
