We’re making it easier than ever to manage your tickets and enjoy your time at the ballpark. Below are answers to common questions about recent updates to your ticketing account.
What is this change to my account and why is it happening?
We’ve updated our ticketing system to connect your account with MLB.com’s account services. This enhancement is designed to simplify your ballpark experience.
With this update, you can now:
Purchase tickets
Access and manage tickets
Scan tickets for entry
—all using a single MLB account.
If you’re already logged in with your MLB account on the MiLB app or our team website, any tickets you purchase will automatically be linked for easy access.
Do I need to create a new account to access my tickets?
You’ll access your tickets using an MLB account.
**If you don’t have an MLB account:
**Create one using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.**If you already have an MLB account with the same email:
**Simply log in with your existing credentials—your tickets should be available automatically.

How do I access my tickets?
You can access and manage your tickets anytime:
**Option 1: Team Website
**Log in to your MLB account on charlotteknights.com
**Option 2: MiLB App (Recommended)
**For the best experience:
Download the MiLB app
Log in or create your MLB account
Select your favorite team during setup
Tap the “My Tickets” button under “Quick Links” on the team tab
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view, manage, and scan your tickets with ease.
Tip: You’ll only need to log in once—your credentials will be saved for future access.

If you forgot your MLB account password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of your login page or by selecting this page. Further MLB account or customer service issues can be directed here.
