Wash Your Claws T-Shirt Sale Underway

Proceeds to benefit BlueClaws Charities and their Community Partners in fight against COVID-19

LAKEWOOD,NJ - The BlueClaws and BlueClaws Charities are selling Wash Your Claws shirts to benefit BlueClaws Charities and their Community Partner organizations.

Click here to purchase your shirt. The BlueClaws will take pre-orders through Monday, May 25th and shirts will begin to ship out in June.

The shirt design was voted on by fans and selected among four choices.

"Many of our Community Partners are doing amazing work in helping with the relief efforts and we are thrilled to be able to help them during these difficult times," said BlueClaws Team President Joe Ricciutti. "Our fans overwhelmingly selected this design and we hope to sell many shirts to offer support to some great organizations."

Below, see some of the great work done by some BlueClaws Charities Community Partners.

Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey - making personal reassurance calls to isolated seniors living along, and will be providing NO CONTACT grocery shopping.

Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore - raising money through their cookie relief fund.

Jersey Shore Council of Boy Scouts - scouting for Food Bag Drop Off and encouraging families to distribute food collection bags through their neighborhoods.

JF Party Dragon - donating food to Community Medical Center.

HabCore - partnering with other organizations (Parker Family Health Center, Lunch Break, Interfaith Neighbors) to establish an emergency COVID 19 fund to support those now in need.

Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide - providing additional resources on their website to help cope with the current health situation.

POAC - doing Live events online (story time, family Zumba, yoga, music classes).

Go 4 The Goal - providing additional toys & activities to pediatric cancer patients isolated in hospitals across the country.

United Way of Monmouth & Ocean Counties - created COVID 19 Fund to address the unmet needs of those economically impacted, primarily through their Financial Success Center (FSC.) Donated funds are being matched by the Grunin Foundation & NJNG.

A Need We Feed - went from providing 200 meals/week to now providing over 800.

Child Care Resources - working to get cleaning supplies to child care facilities who are operating and are providing care to children of essential workers.

Salvation Army - feeding workers at the OCC testing facility.
