Several promotions highlight exciting homestand

Norfolk returned home from a six game road trip Monday to host the Gwinnett Stripers (Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves). The three-game series will be Gwinnett's second regular season trip to Norfolk in 2018. Beginning Thursday, Norfolk will begin a four game stretch with the Charlotte Knights (Triple-A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox), who will also be making their second trip to Harbor Park this season. The homestand includes Military Monday, a Business Special Wind Down Wednesday, Happy Hour on Thursday, Baseball Card Giveaway #1 on Friday, Fireworks to celebrate the United States Marine Corps on Saturday and our Argyle Socks Giveaway along with Pre-game Catch on the Field for Father's Day on Sunday, June 17!

Gates open at 11:30 am for a special Father's Day Pre-Game Catch on the Field
ARGYLE SOCKS GIVEAWAY - Celebrate Father's Day at Harbor Park! The first 2,000 men ages 18 and over will receive a pair of Tides argyle socks courtesy of the Virginia Birth Father Registry and News 3.
SUNDAY FUNDAY - Sunday Funday has something for everyone. Kids can take pictures with costumed characters on the concourse. And everyone can feast on delicious Sunday brunch-inspired food and beverages at Harbor Park. Be sure to find Tigger bouncing around on the third base concourse for a quick photo.
PRE-GAME CATCH ON THE FIELD - Gates will open at 11:30 am and the Tides along with the Virginia Birth Father Registry invite you to play a game of catch on the field from 11:45 am to 12:15 am. Please report to the Smithfield Information Center or First Base Field Gate to complete a waiver prior to entering the field for this special opportunity.
ALL AGES BASE RUN - In celebration of Father's Day, fans of all ages will be invited to take a trip around the bases after the game.
