Assistant Ticket Director
Train, develop, and supervise Box Office personnel Sell ticket plans to customers via outbound phone calls, face-to-face appointments, gameday marketing, off-site networking events, and incoming inquiries Manage customer database and develop strategies to collect additional information Build individual and season ticketed events and retain ticket plan holders Maintain daily ticket office accounting records, balance, and deposits all ticket monies daily Coordinate ticket office procedures with other staff Provide an effective working relationship with other staff, event promoters, ticket plan holders and the general public Oversee internal controls and procedures including auditing procedures and reports, allocation and distribution of tickets Focus on the future of ticket operations with the goal to be on the forefront of the ticketing industry The position requires minor lifting and handling of heavy/large objects.
Experience and knowledge of TM Host, TM Archtics, TM Famuser, TM One and the EMT event management software Two or more years of experience in box office operations Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn other basic computer programs Must be flexible and responsive to a fast paced, high demand environment.
