COVID-19 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The health and safety of our fans, players, employees, and the entire North Alabama community is the top priority for the Rocket City Trash Pandas.

Minor League Baseball have announced that the 2020 season has been cancelled due to ongoing public health concerns posed by the COVID-19 virus. The Rocket City Trash Pandas fully support these preventative measures for the health of our community.

We ask for and appreciate your patience as we work to bring special events safely to Toyota Field during these unprecedented circumstances. We will update fans as frequently as possible through trashpandasbaseball.com and our social media channels.

Masks are required when entering the ballpark and when approaching concession stands. We have sanitation stations throughout the ballpark and practice social distancing in all seating areas and throughout the ballpark.

The Trash Pandas wish our best to you and your family during this difficult time.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the season start?

The 2020 Minor League Season has been cancelled. The Rocket City Trash Pandas will have to wait till 2021 to take the field.

Is Toyota Field prepared to provide a clean and healthy environment for fans?

We will be taking all precautions and implementing advanced safety protocols as recommended by the Center for Disease Control and local health authorities. We always make the health of fans our top priority and will ensure that every possible measure will be taken to ensure the health of guests at Toyota Field.

Will there be any events at Toyota Field since the 2020 Season is canceled?

What is your Ticket Exchange Policy for the Cancelled 2020 Season?

Full Season Ticket Holders
Trash Pandas Full Season Ticket Plan Holders will automatically receive a credit on account for the value of the home games at Toyota Field associated with their ticket plan, plus an additional $5 loaded value will be added on to each individual ticket which can be used for food and merchandise for that specific gameday. ($5 per ticket per game will expire after that game) Credit will be used toward their 2021 account. Season Ticket Holders who have questions, or who wish to discuss their ticket holdings further, should contact their Trash Pandas Ticket Office directly via phone at (256) 325-1403 or via email at [email protected]

Mini Plan Holders
Trash Pandas Mini Plan Holders will receive a credit on account for the value of the home games at Toyota Field associated with their ticket plan, plus an additional $5 loaded value will be added on to each individual ticket which can be used for food and merchandise in the ballpark for that specific gameday. Groups and Single Game Hospitality
Groups who have purchased tickets, suites or a hospitality space to any of the Trash Pandas 2020 home games at Toyota Field will be contacted by their Trash Pandas Group Account Executive to discuss options, including rescheduling their group for a 2021 non-game day event or rescheduling the group event for the 2021 season. Those that have made payment toward any game will receive a credit on their account for that payment in 2021, plus an additional $5 loaded value will be added on to each individual ticket which can be used for food and merchandise in the ballpark for that specific gameday. ($5 per ticket per game will expire after that game)

Single-Game Purchasers
Fans who purchased single-game tickets for any of the Trash Pandas’ 2020 home games at Toyota Field will automatically receive a credit on their account in the full amount paid, to be used toward 2021 regular season home games. Fans who purchased tickets to Opening Day 2020 and do not request a refund are guaranteed tickets for the same seats or better for Opening Day 2021. Single game ticket holders can also opt for a full refund. Fans who purchased single game tickets for 2020 and prefer to request a refund should contact the Toyota Field Box Office via email at [email protected]

Secondary Market Tickets
Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be refunded by the Trash Pandas. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult that reseller for ticket information.

Are the hours of operation still the same for the team store, ticket office and administrative office?

Yes. The Trash Pandas front office and ticket office will be open 9-5. The Junkyard will be open Monday through Friday 9 am- 5pm. The Emporium will be open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday.

While our offices remain open and will be staffed, for safety, some will work remotely at this time. If you are looking to meet with a specific staff member, please contact them in advance to confirm their in-person office hours.
