What accessible/disabled seats are available?
The Salt Lake Bees are dedicated to accommodating the needs of guests with disabilities along with their families and friends so that they may fully enjoy their visit to The Ballpark at America First Square. There are various wheelchair accessible and limited mobility locations throughout the venue. These are indicated as such on Ticketmaster.com. Call or text a sales representative at 801-325-2337 or see a staff member at the box office for personal assistance in locating seats.
Where is the ADA entrance located?
There is an elevator located just inside the Center Field Entrance for access to the concourse level. Additionally, direct access to the concourse is available at Home Plate entrance. To access the Field Seats or the Terrace Club please use the elevator located in the Club and Suite Entrance which can be access via the concourse or near the home plate entrance. This same elevator will provide access to the Premium decks for guests with disabilities.

Am I allowed to bring in food, beverages or coolers?
Only water in a sealed, clear plastic bottle may be brought into The Ballpark at America First Square. No other outside food or beverages are permitted.
Is smoking allowed in The Ballpark at America First Square?
There is no smoking anywhere in The Ballpark at America First Square. Fans may smoke outside the ballpark gates located directly across from section 117. A gate attendant will be there to allow re-entry. No other re-entry allowed from other gates.
I have a permit to carry a concealed firearm in the State of Utah. May I bring my gun into the stadium?
No. The Salt Lake Bees have a strict policy against bringing firearms of any type into The Ballpark at America First Square.
How much does it cost to park?
Parking varies from $10 to $25 per car depending on the event. Limited parking is available while purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster.com. You may pay upon arriving at the parking lots using Credit Cards only and base on availability.
How can I get an announcement put on the scoreboard?
For a $50 donation to LHM Charities, fans can receive up to 10 words on the scoreboard. Please submit your requests at https://www.milb.com/salt-lake/fans/scoreboard.
Can I bring something to sit on if I buy lawn seating?
Blankets, stadium seats with backs and seat cushions are allowed. Camping and folding chairs are not allowed. No chairs or seats with legs of any height are allowed.
Can I bring my dog to the stadium?
Only service animals are allowed in The Ballpark at America First Square except on our Bark in the Park days. You must purchase a specific ticket and follow the rules and regulations of the event. To purchase please visit beesgroups.com/barkinthepark
Can I bring a camera into the stadium?
Yes, cameras are allowed at all games but may not interfere with any guests views or experience.
How can I audition to sing the National Anthem?
We accept National Anthem auditions all season long. Email your video submission to [email protected].
May I hand out campaign flyers, poll fans or distribute other information within The Ballpark at America First Square gates?
No, the Salt Lake Bees are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our fans. Solicitations of any kind will not be tolerated.

What is Family Night?
Every Tuesday night at The Ballpark at America First Square is Holmes Homes Family Night, where you can get four tickets for $40. If you have more than four family members, each additional ticket (up to 8) is only $10.

What are the Bees box office hours?
The Ballpark at America First Square box office is only open on game days, 90 minutes before the first pitch.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are distributed digitally. You can manage your tickets online by logging into your Ticketmaster account through The Ballpark at AFS app.
The game I had tickets for was rained out. What do I do now?
In place of your ticket(s) you will receive a digital voucher, good for a future 2025 regular season home game per our Rules and Policies.
I have a ticket voucher/coupon. How do I redeem it, and what game(s) is it good for?
All vouchers and coupons must be redeemed online through the URL provided on the voucher/coupon. Vouchers can be redeemed as far in advance as you would like or on the day of the game, but they are redeemable on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sooner you redeem the voucher, the better your seats will be. Check the printed instructions on the voucher/coupon for any seat or date restrictions.
Do babies or toddlers need tickets?
Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket. Children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Children ages 2-12 can sign up for the Bees Kids Club and get discounted tickets all season long.
