Ticketing Questions

How will I receive my tickets?

You can manage your digital tickets on Ticketmaster Account Manager online or through the Smith's Ballpark App.

The game I had tickets for was rained out. What do I do now?

In lieu of your ticket(s) you will receive a digital voucher good for a future 2024 regular season home game per our postponement policy, found here.

I have a ticket voucher/coupon. How do I redeem it, and what game(s) is it good for?

All vouchers and coupons must be redeemed online through the appropriate url provided on the voucher/coupon. Vouchers can be redeemed as far in advance as you would like or on the day of the game, but they are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you do, the better your seats will be. Check the printed instructions on the voucher for any seat or date restrictions.

Do babies or small children need a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket. Children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Children ages 2-12 can sign up for the Bees Kids Club to get discounted tickets all season long.

What is Smith's Family Night?

Every Tuesday night at the ballpark is Smith's Family Night, where you can get four tickets for $30. If you have more than four family members, each additional ticket is only $7.50 up to a maximum of 8 per account. Smith's Family Night also offers 50% off regular-size sodas and hot dogs! *Click here to purchase your tickets. *

Do the Bees host birthday parties?

Absolutely! We have several options for both small groups (up to 20 people) to large groups (1000 people or more). Call 801-325-BEES for more information.

Ballpark Questions

What time do the ballpark gates open?

Gates open one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.

Am I allowed to bring in food, beverages, or coolers?

Only water in sealed, clear plastic bottles may be brought into the ballpark; each patron may bring 1 bottle of water. No other food or beverages are permitted. All containers, such as bags, purses, and backpacks, are searched at the gate.

Am I allowed to smoke in the ballpark?

There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside Smith's Ballpark. Fans may smoke outside the ballpark gates.

I have a Concealed Firearms Permit. May I bring my gun into the stadium?

No. The Salt Lake Bees have a strict policy against bringing firearms of any type into the ballpark.

What are the Bees ticket office hours?

Currently, the Smith's Ballpark box office is only open on game days, opening 90 minutes prior to the first pitch. To contact the ticket office, please call (801) 325-BEES.

Where is Smith's Ballpark?

Smith's Ballpark is located at the intersection of West Temple and 1300 South in Salt Lake City just off Highway I-15.

How much does it cost to park?

Parking is located in the lot to the north of the ballpark. Oversize vehicles or trailers are not allowed. The cost is $15 for regular games and $20 for Premium Games. You can purchase individual parking passes on Ticketmaster when you are purchasing your tickets or in person at the lot as you arrive for the game. Space is limited and fills up fast. \ Premium Games for 2024 are: May 25, June 7 & 22, July 4,6,11,24 & 27, Aug 8,9 & 24, Sept 6, 20 and 21.*

How can I get an announcement put on the scoreboard?

For a minimum donation of $50 to childhood cancer research, you can have a personal message displayed on the video board. Call our front office at 801.325.BEES to make your donation to Huntsman Cancer Institute and provide your message details. Requests must be made before 12 pm, noon the day of the game you're attending.

Can I bring something to sit on if I buy berm seating?

Blankets, stadium seat backs, and seat cushions are allowed. Camping or folding chairs are not allowed.

Can I bring my dog to the stadium?

Only service animals are allowed in Smith's Ballpark.

Can I bring a camera into the stadium?

Yes, cameras are permitted at the games.

How can I audition to sing the national anthem?

We accept National Anthem Auditions all season long! Send yours to [email protected]

May I hand out campaign flyers, poll fans or distribute other information within the Smith's Ballpark gates?

No. The Salt Lake Bees are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our fans. Solicitations of any kind will not be tolerated. However, we do value the right to free speech. Citizens may exercise this right in the Smith's Ballpark parking lot. Fans who are standing in line to enter the ballpark MAY NOT be approached, and vehicles and other private property MUST NOT be touched.

What are Smith Ballparks Covid19 Protocols?

Smith's Ballpark and the Bees are dedicated to following the most updated Covid-19 protocols set by the MiLB and by our local, state, and federal governments to keep our patrons and team safe. Currently, patrons are welcome in the ballpark without proof of vaccine or testing, and masks are encouraged but not required.

During the season, the Bee's front office at Smith's Ballpark will be open from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday, and closed on weekends.

Can the Bees donate to my local charity?

The Bees are always happy to support local causes and charities. If you would like a donation, please fill contact Kraig Williams at [email protected].

All requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the event date. Donations are limited to one per calendar year for each organization.

I want to try out for the Bees. How do I do that?

The Bees do not hold tryouts. The team is comprised of players assigned by our Major League Baseball affiliate-the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The Major League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country.
