Bees Announce 2017 Home Schedule

SALT LAKE CITY (September 14, 2016) - The Salt Lake Bees announced the home dates for their 2017 Pacific Coast League regular season schedule today. The team will open up the season on Thursday, April 6 on the road, with the first home game coming on Tuesday, April 11 against the Sacramento River Cats.

The schedule at Smith's Ballpark is comprised of 71 home dates, broken into 11 homestands with 23 games on Friday or Saturday nights. The Bees will celebrate Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Pioneer Day and Labor Day with home games at Smith's Ballpark. By month the Bees will be home for 11 games in April, 17 in May, 16 in June, 11 in July, 12 in August and four in September.

Included in next year's schedule is an 11-game homestand from June 5-16 and a 13-day road trip from Aug. 19-31. Salt Lake will host nine games vs. El Paso, eight games against Las Vegas, Reno, Sacramento and Tacoma and seven against Albuquerque and Fresno. In cross conference play the Bees will be welcome Colorado Springs, Iowa, Oklahoma City and Omaha to Smith's Ballpark for four games each and will travel to Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans and Round Rock.

Reservations for group areas during the 2017 season are available now by calling the Bees group ticket office at (801) 325-BEES (2337). The Bees have 14 dedicated picnic areas to accommodate groups of any size, but the best dates often go fast so booking in advance is highly recommended.
