Subway Coach of the Year

Do you know a baseball or softball coach in the Michiana Region that goes above and beyond for their team and league?

SUBWAY® Restaurants would love to give them the recognition they deserve! Submit an essay of 250 words or less to nominate your coach as the Michiana SUBWAY® Coach of the Year. Click the button below to send your nomination. Submissions can also be mailed to South Bend Cubs, c/o SUBWAY® Coach of the Year, 501 W. South Street, South Bend, IN 46601. Submissions are due no later than 11:59 a.m. on Sunday, June 4, 2021. The winning coach will be awarded a $350 SUBWAY® gift card and will be invited to throw out the first pitch at the South Bend Cubs Youth Baseball and Softball Day on Saturday, June 26.

The winning coach's team will be invited on to the field at the June 26th game to join the South Bend Cubs players at their respective positions prior to the first pitch. They will also be given an exclusive tour of the South Bend Cubs' batting cages and dugout.
