Video Board Message Request

Looking for the best way to wish someone a happy birthday, celebrate a special occasion or just give a shout out to your pals? Create a lasting memory at your next South Bend Cubs game with a personalized, custom message on the Four Winds Field video board.

MESSAGE DETAILS

Video Board Message: Appears on the Four Winds Field video board between the start of the game and the end of the 5th inning. Specific innings cannot be requested.

Message requests have a limit of 40 characters and a choice of the following five introductory greetings:

- South Bend Cubs Welcome
- Happy Birthday
- Happy Anniversary
- Congratulations
- Honoring

Messages will be displayed for 8-10 seconds and are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Messages are $25 and must be paid in advance. All money collected will go to South Bend Cubs Charities.

ORDERING INFORMATION

To order a video board message, please click here. Please note: if a date is not on the order site, it is not available.

Due to time constraints, only three (3) video board messages are available per game. All requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to requested game.

MESSAGE CONTENT

The South Bend Cubs reserve the right to approve and edit any message. Messages that contain obscene or offensive content or include foul language will not be accepted. Marketing messages are not permitted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: Messages will be displayed at some time between the start of the game and the end of 5th inning.

A: Your message will be displayed on the video board in right field.

A: Messages will be displayed for at least 8-10 seconds.

A: Video Board message requests must be submitted no later than five business days before a game. Saturday games are unavailable. 

A: Messages may be two lines containing 40 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.

A: There are no refunds for video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, the message will be played during the make-up game.
