No, group tickets must be purchased through the South Bend Cubs Box Office. For more information call 574-235-9988 or email us at [email protected]. All group tickets must be purchased in advance as our group rates are not available on game days. The lone exception is outdoor suites for April through May 9th are available online by clicking here

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your game date and seat location. Once we have received your deposit your game date and seat location are guaranteed.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due seven days prior to the date of your game.

Once I place my order is it possible to adjust the size of my group?

You can make changes to your reservation by calling us at 574-235-9988. However, once your final payment has been made we can only add tickets to your group's original order. We are not able to refund or exchange tickets after your final payment has been made.

How will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets can be picked up, delivered, or electronically sent to you as soon as we have received your final payment. If you purchase additional tickets the week of your event, those tickets will be available for you to pick up at the box office.

What happens if my game is canceled / rescheduled due to bad weather?

Your South Bend Cubs rep will be in contact with next steps. For full rain policy click here.

What are the next steps in planning my group outing?

We will provide you with flyers, and other promotional materials for you to publicize your event. The sooner you select your date, the sooner we can start planning and promoting your group's night out at Four Winds Field.

My group is coming out to a game soon. Where should I park?

We have five parking lots that are all located within a one block radius of the stadium. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis and the fee to park is $10 per car. You can also park for free on many of the streets surrounding the stadium, but those spaces fill up quickly. Click here to see a parking map.

My ticket came with a wristband. What is this for?

Your wristband lets our concession staff know that your group has purchased one of our all-you-can-eat buffets. Make sure that you are wearing your wristband before you head to your buffet line in order to ensure service. We ask that you wear your wristband at all times in order to make sure that your group members are the only individuals taking advantage of your food.

My ticket came with a hat coupon. What is this for?

Most of our group packages include a free South Bend Cubs hat for every member of your group. In order to claim your hat you must scan the QR code and fill out this group hat redemption coupon. Then turn it in at our hat table. You can find our group hat table just beyond the Picnic Garden on the third base side of the stadium up until the end of the 5th inning. In order to redeem your group hat after the 5th inning you can go to our guest services kiosk located on the main concourse directly behind home plate.

When does my group's buffet start? How long does it run?

Typically our two hour all-you-can-eat buffets start one hour before the game. Unless your group has made arrangements in advance to start your food later or to keep the buffet open longer, all buffets last two hours.

I am not sure where my group area is located. Where is my group seated?

If you are unsure where your group area is located, or if you have additional questions, please present your ticket to an usher or call the South Bend Cubs at 574-235-9988.
