Indians Blow Past Dust Devils, 8-6

Spokane, Wash. - Four Spokane players recorded multiple hits as a balanced offensive attack led the Indians past the Dust Devils, 8-6, in front of 1,974 fans at Avista Stadium for Purple Out the Park & Rockies Vacation Giveaway presented by Spokane International Airport and 105.7 Now FM.

TOP PERFORMERS

Second baseman Eddy Diaz paced the offense with two hits, three RBI, and a stolen base. The 22-year-old has now recorded multiple hits in five of his last seven games.

Left-hander Tanner Propst tossed two scoreless innings of relief and picked up his second hold of the season.

Daniel Montaño, Bladimir Restituyo, and Zac Veen each recorded two hits, with Montaño scoring twice and adding a pair of RBIs.

Drew Romo, fresh off being named Northwest League Player of the Month for April, finished 1-for-4 to extend his hitting streak to 10 games.
