Keep reading to see what the Redband Rally campaign accomplished last year and what's in store for 2022.

California Creek Tree Planting

In partnership with Spokane Falls Trout Unlimited (SFTU), new trees were planted along California Creek, just south of Spokane. California Creek is vital to the Hangman Creek watershed and supplies fresh, clean, cold water into the entire system. New trees provide shade canopy during the hot summer months to keep water temperatures at a healthy level.

Spokane Tribal Fishing Derby

The Redband Rally Campaign committed $1,500 to become a supporting sponsor of the Spokane Tribal Fishing Derby for the next three years (2021-2023). In addition, the Spokane Indians Baseball Club donated a variety of hats, t-shirts, baseballs, and ticket vouchers for fishing derby prizes. The goal of the derby is to promote the tradition of fishing and encourage youth to enjoy this outdoor activity.

No-Li Beer Bats

In a truly unique partnership with No-Li Brewhouse, the Indians and No-Li debuted the first ever 'Redband Rally Beer Bats' last summer at Avista Stadium. In addition, a Redband Rally Beer Bat party was held at No-Li Brewhouse and we were able to raise $2,500 in one evening. Thank you to No-Li Brewhouse for helping to make this idea a reality. Be on the lookout for new beer bat designs during the 2022 season!

Angler's Coffee

The Redband Rally Campaign was recognized by Angler’s Coffee, a Pacific Northwest based coffee company, as their 4th Quarter Conservation Alliance Partner. Each quarter Angler’s identifies a Conservation Alliance Partner to feature with a blog post on their website and donate a portion of their quarterly sales towards. Thank you Angler’s Coffee for your support!

Be a Team Player

This year RIBBY the Redband Trout and the Redband Rally Campaign were honored to be a part of a City of Spokane “Be a Team Player” initiative aimed to clean up the Spokane River and promote safe and sustainable use of its waters. This initiative came to life as a television commercial that will air in late spring. Thanks to the City of Spokane and Rogue Heart Media for letting us be a part of this fun project!

KREM 2 Partnership

We’re happy to welcome KREM 2 to the campaign! KREM 2 has agreed to help promote the campaign with television spots that will further our positive messaging and fundraising efforts. Thank you to KREM 2 for your involvement in the campaign!

The Spokane Indians open their season against the Vancouver Canadians on Friday, April 8th at Avista Stadium. Great seats are still available in our Opening Night Mini-Season Ticket Plan. Please call (509) 343-6886 or visit SpokaneIndians.com for more information.
