Spring Training Rainout Policy 2024

Fans who purchased tickets online from Mets.com for a cancelled game will automatically receive a credit in their My Mets Tickets account for the amount of the face value of their paid ticket. Fans can apply the credit value of today's tickets toward the purchase of a ticket to any remaining 2024 Spring Training Mets home game or to any 2025 Spring Training Mets home game, subject to availability. If such an exchange is made for a higher priced ticket, the credit will be applied toward the price of the ticket and the remaining amount can be paid via credit card.

Season ticket holders can apply their credit to their 2025 Spring Training invoice. Pre-paid parking will also be credited and can be applied.

Fans who purchased tickets in person at the Clover Park Box Office should visit the Box Office to receive an exchange.

Complimentary tickets have no value and do not constitute a rain check.
