Stay Safe
There are a couple of great ways to be sure you stay safe and have NO REASON to drink and drive:

1. Bring a designated driver with you. You can purchase designated driver tickets here.
2. Stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites (walking distance to Smokies Stadium) at 105 Stadium Dr, Kodak, TN 37764. Call them at 865-465-0590 and tell them you are attending the beer festival to receive a special offer (based on availability).

Pets

Dogs are allowed! Etiquette for our dog-friendly festival:

• Only dogs are allowed - no other pets will be allowed at the event.
• "Know your dog" - make sure your dog is friendly. If you have any reason to believe that your pet may be aggressive or difficult to control, please do not bring them.
• All dogs must be on a leash at all times - dog leashes cannot exceed 4 feet.
• Owners must clean up after their dogs.
• Only one dog per owner will be allowed.
• All dogs must have updated dog ID tags with proper identification - cell phone number.
• Dog owners must report any accidents immediately.

Parking
There is free parking available at the stadium. Please be sure to drink responsibly. Bring a designated driver (designated driver tickets available).

Entry
Check-in begins at 3:00pm, with gates opening at 4:00pm. Please bring a printed copy of your ticket, have the digital copy ready at the gate, or pick up your ticket at Will Call. You must have a ticket and be 21 or older and present a government issued ID to be admitted.

Food and Water
Water will be provided. Please drink lots of it. Food is NOT included in the ticket price. Food will be available for sale at the stadium.

Bags/Chairs
You are welcome to bring in a bag or purse for your personal items. No chairs will be allowed into the stadium. There will be plenty of seating available on-site.

Children
No children are allowed, all guests must be 21 or older and present a government issued ID to be admitted.

Overconsumption
Be sure to have a good meal and drink plenty of water before you come. Should you feel that you have had too much to drink, please find a volunteer and they will get you to the on-site medical team. Your safety is important to us; please consume responsibly. We reserve the right to expel any unruly guests with no refund.

Weather

The event is rain or shine. In fact, most of the event will be on the concourse of the stadium underneath cover and out of the elements. No refunds will be given.
