A: Gates will open one hour prior to the First Pitch.

Q: HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT THE BALLPARK?

A: On game days there is parking available on a first come, first serve basis; it is $10 per car or $20 for oversized vehicles like RV’s or buses. We also offer a free bike valet and are accessible via public transit. For more information please call 604 872 5232

Q: WHAT IF SOME OF MY GUESTS HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY PREFERENCES (VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE)?

A: If you or a guest are a vegetarian, vegan, celiac or have any other dietary or allergenic requests, please contact your Canadians representative and our chefs will do their best to accommodate your group's needs.

Q: CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL ALCOHOL FOR MY SUITE?

A: Of course! This can be arranged with your C's representative the day of your event or can be ordered at any time provided a credit card is onsite. Some non-alcoholic soft drinks and water are complimentary.

Q: WHAT DOES THE SLEEMAN BREWERIES DUGOUT SUITE INCLUDE?

A: Your suite experience comes complete with an All Star Menu for you and your guests (see order form for details) plus your choice of beer, wine or a combination of both. Should you wish to expand on this menu, ask your Canadians representative about our Home Plate Platters.

Q: WHEN WILL THE FOOD BE SERVED IN MY SLEEMAN BREWERIES DUGOUT SUITE?

A: Contact your C’s representative to schedule a food service time. Snacks and beverages will be provided one hour prior to first pitch.

• Full payment, either by credit card or within 21 days of invoice by cheque, is required to secure your suite date.
• If a game is started but cannot be completed due to weather, food service will continue for the full two hours and your ticket becomes an undated voucher that can be redeemed for a Reserved Grandstand ticket to a future 2023 Canadians game (subject to availability).
• Alcohol service ends at the conclusion of the 7th Inning unless otherwise posted and is subject to change at the team’s discretion. Nat Bailey Stadium is a family venue, guests not adhering to the Vancouver Canadians Fan Code of Conduct will be asked to leave without ticket refund.
• No outside food or drink is permitted.
• Please note that with respect to existing Canadians Advertising Partners, the displaying of company signage in Nat Bailey Stadium is prohibited unless approved by the Canadians.
• To order additional drinks a physical credit card must be on hand in your Suite.
